I’m hiding something But I don’t know what it is. It’s screaming inside of me Itching and scratching within my skin. All around me are eggshells

I had time. lots of it. eons unfolded from my fingertips like wool unspooling, and yet I did not know where to start on this tapestry that would become my life.
In those first moments It was gentle, and it was hushed. Those hands followed Those eyes As they caressed a path to the centre of my universe,
i see trees as they bend at the boughs and reach for the clouds. why can’t i be that? why can’t i see that? i want to fly with the birds and scream across canyons that
life’s too short to even care at all but i’m losing my mind to the music and the worlds that aren’t my own because mine cannot hold me.
tell me who I am am I the one I see in the mirror with the eyes so full of hope and desperation and fear and sadness and worlds so far
when it shivers down my spine I don’t know what to be. it makes a sound like a twig breaking from a branch and it takes a hold of me.
