I faded it royally thinking it was just another project not really offering anything new. The interface looked very similar to Twetch (not to be confused with Twitch), which was a project built on BSV (yeah, that Bitcoin fork) aimed at overthrowing Twitter.

Arkham: Will there be another Airdrop?
During the last few weeks I have been really busy working actively on my strategy to maximise my eligibility for the upcoming airdrops from zkSync, Linea, zkEVM, Scroll, Taiko and a dozen other projects on my checklist. I did see some influencers talk about a potential airdrop from Arkham but I ignored it assuming that it will not be worth the effort as I had not heard of it much earlier. I was really shocked when just a few days later I read about people making thousands of $ just for signing up and not doing any grinding. To add insult to injury was the realisation that I have been spending hours every weekend for more than 6 months on potential airdrops while burning hundreds of $ on gas for transactions and bridging funds all over the crypto world. There is no confirmed news of any airdrop coming soon from the big projects I am focusing on. I keep grinding though with the hope that future airdrops from zkSync and Linea will more than make up for all the pain.

Over the years my relationship with Splinterlands has been a bit complicated to say the least. There have been times I have fallen heads over heels in love with the game and there are times when I swear I will not look at it again. What I must appreciate about it though is the resilience this game has shown during the ups and downs of the market and is one of the very few NFT based games that has still survived and keeps rolling out new features without caring about what is happening in general to the crypto market.

Splinterlands: Battle Mage Secret- Going the Distance!
I am usually very punctual in posting my Splinterlands related posts whether it is to share the season rewards or the new Battle Mage Secret. This time I am delayed as the theme this time is “Going the Distance”, which means you can only use Archers and that is not really a strong area of my collection. I have been meticulously building my Melee warrior tanks, Magic attack legendary monsters, Dragons which are the pride of my collection. Archers are the weakest spot in my arsenal and that is why I mentally get prepared for a loss the moment I see the Going the Distance ruleset.

Splinterlands: Season 113 Rewards!
Since the last couple of seasons the rewards I was getting in Splinterlands seemed to keep getting worse and worse. There were points I will stop playing completely as I will wonder if the meagre amount of SPS and Soulbound NFTs I was getting was worth it. Last few seasons I did not get any Chaos packs which made the feeling even more painful. On top of it the competition seems to be getting tougher and it is a real challenge to keep my win rate decent.

Why is Karna called Daanveer?
Though Karna fought for the Kauravas in the Mahabharata who were pitched against Pandavas representing Dharma, he is always considered as virtuous and valiant as the Pandavas if not more. In strength and skill he was considered at par with Arjun and if he did not have to bear the burden of several curses put upon him it would have been possible for Arjun to beat him.
