Splinterlands: Season 122 Rewards Unboxing!!
This season was a bit special for me as after ages of struggling to come out of Bronze league I finally played in the Silver league. I have played in the Gold league and Diamond league as well in the past but I got bored of Splinterlands for a while and stopped playing completely for a few months. This made my scores reset and I had to start from scratch. Moving out the final tier of Bronze league was much tougher than what I had anticipated. Players with a few legendary summoners and a few legendary monsters knew how to keep beating me in Bronze as my levelled up cards were useless in Bronze.

Bhagwan Shiva: Why is he called Bholenath?
In India it is very common for people to refer to their deities by several different names. For example, Hanuman is also referred to as Pavan Putra on account of being son of Pavan dev. Ganesh is also called Vigneshwara as he helps his devotees overcome all obstacles. Two gods who probably have the highest number of names assigned to them linked to their different attributes are Vishnu and Shiva. I will not go into details of those names as Vishnu Sahasranam and Shiva Sahasranam include recitation of 1,000 names associated with them.

Sunflower Land Game: 1 Month Review
I recently wrote a post about starting out with a NFT based game called Sunflower land and getting hooked to it from the first day of playing. The reason why I found it really appealing from the beginning was that it was really different from the other NFT based games out there who were mainly based on similar concept of building card decks and competing against opponents. It was very similar to Farmville that requires you to grow vegetables and fruits to grow you land. The key difference being that Sunflower land runs on the polygon blockchain so all your NFTs are stored there and there is an option to trade or sell your items on the marketplace.

Splinterlands Season 121 Rewards
I recently started playing Splinterlands regularly after a break of few months. Before I took this sabbatical I used to play in the Gold league but as I was inactive for a couple of consecutive seasons I was pushed back to start from scratch. Climbing up from Bronze I league proved harder than I imagined as there were many players in Bronze I who had legendary summoners and would easily beat any team I formed. I was wondering why are they staying and not going ahead to Silver if they have so many amazing cards. After a bit of struggle I finally managed to break into Silver League in the last season and could really feel the improvement in the rewards that came out of the chests. I plan to move into the gold league in the next season but looking at the current competition level I am sure it is not going to be a cake walk.

Splinterlands Season 120 Rewards: 107 Bronze Chests!
I have been very irregular recently with playing Splinterlands due to new commitments in my 9 to 6 job and some other crypto projects that I started getting involved with recently. I normally play in the Diamond or Gold league but as I was inactive for a couple of seasons I got demoted down to the Bronze league. I was surprised how hard it was for me to climb out of Bronze as I had not played in this league for a very long time and the regulars here knew the tricks of putting best teams for lower level cards.
