Two Innovative Rock Bands
Paul Revere and the Raiders consist of the founding member Paul Revere, Doug Health the lead guitarist, Ron Foos the bass player, Danny Krause the keyboardist, Darren Dowler the lead vocalist and inductee in the Vocal Group Hall of Fame and Tommy Scheckel the drummer. Dressed in American Revolutionary War uniforms they continue to entertain in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Twisting the Night Away He came into this world as Ernest Evans and later became an American singer and songwriter changing his name to Chubby Checker. He is best known to have made the dance craze "the twist" a household word and got everyone twisting, His hit "The Twist" came out in 1958 and went right up to the top of the charts. He also came up with the trademark limbo dance when he released "Limbo Rock."

I do believe that there are some amazing creatures in this world that do not seem to really be real. Many times stories are told about make-believe creatures and soon people are believing they just might be out there. Shrimp Boats Are Coming
Europe The UK Potted shrimp is a traditional meal in Britain and is made with Morecambe bay shrimp but any kind of small shrimp can be used in preparing this dish. The shrimp are boiled in salted water and then cooked in clarified butter. They are seasoned with pepper, cloves, cayenne pepper, mace, and nutmeg. Once done the potted shrimp are served over thin slices of toast or greens like cress but they can also be added to various pasta dishes.

However, there are places that claim to be Venices because of their similarities to the original and you can have your choice of how far you want to travel to imagine you are in the city of canals.

Italian Artists Mona Lisa is a painting that everyone knows by name and had been mentioned in movies and even had songs written about beautiful mysterious women referred to as Mona Lisa. This painting is among the most famous artworks and was painted by Italian artist Leonardo Da Vinci. The lady in the painting is often referred to as the "lady with the mystic smile." The lady in the portrait is thought to be Lisa Gherardini.

Spooky Spirits In Ireland
Northern Ireland A Spirit Called Buttoncap Atop of a rocky promontory stands Carrickfergus Castle, a Norman castle located in the town of Carrickfergus. At one time it was completely surrounded by the sea. Up until 1928, the castle had an important military role and over the centuries was besieged by the Scots, Irish, English and the French. John de Courcy the conqueror of Ulster began building the castle sometime between the years 1180 AD and 1204 AD, Carrickfergus Castle has had extensions built to it over about 800 years and today it is maintained by the Environment and Heritage Service.

Leaping Lizards
Just like sunbathers on beaches all over the world lizards love to lie in the sun all day. At night they hide near rocks and other vegetation. They are reptiles with characteristic traits of snakes forked tongues and scales. Lizards have claws to help them climb, dig and defend themselves. Often their tails are longer than their bodies and they use them to balance, climb, and for protection. There are 4,675 species of lizard and they can live up to 50 years.

The Merseybeats The Merseybeats another British rock band from Liverpool formed in the early 1960s. Along with other bands at that time they often performed at a popular club called The Cavern. The boys in the band were Tony Crane founder, lead vocal and lead guitar, Billy Kinsley founder, lead vocals and rhythm guitar, doing the backing vocals and on the bass guitar was Bob Packham backing vocals, on keyboard and lead guitar Dave Goldberg and on the drums Lou Rosenthal .
