Homeless Population
The life of living on the streets isn’t easy. The day to day survival of being homeless is a day to day fight for survival. People always come to there own conclusion that the homeless population has a choice to be living the way that they do. But let’s dig more deeper into all that plays a role into why a person becomes homeless in the first place. Mental health is the first biggest issue that comes with being homeless, and believe it or not but if a person struggles to get the right kind of help or has had really bad experience with the system with seeking help there is a chance that they will try to figure it out on there own. Is this the best choice for them no it is not but yet again we have to remember how corrupt the system can be when it comes to dealing with mental clients. For myself it took years for one mental health place to get it right as well as to find that mental health through a court order due to drugs being involved and being homeless. But not all of us are as lucky as others. Homeless people are constantly viewed as if they were not even human beings, even law enforcement treats homeless like captive animals. I am a living witness of this same type of treatment that left me to fear law enforcement. Homeless people have limited resource and help, mainly because they lack a physical address, and important documents to identify themselves. And in the case if a homeless dies and no family can be reached or found the bodies will not be properly buried. Homelessness is the toughest way of living the things that homeless people experience, witness, deal with, struggling with, and the time it takes to adapt to having to constantly move around. Being homeless means being titled as a outsider, Poor, misfits, liers, thieves, drunks,Drug addicts, useless, conniving, criminals, fatherless, motherless, cheap, and the list goes on.Second thing is resources, homeless individuals might seem as if they have so many useful resources. In all reality there is plenty of resources for homeless individuals, but also these resources that are available lack key factors in the main cause and reason why we have so many homeless individuals without housing or adequate living. Three after a homeless individual gets assistance with housing it shouldn’t stop there but it does, you see our government acts as if they have no clue of all of the issues that play a roll in a home individuals life. The government is in charge of keeping track of every homeless they possibly can. So in that case giving a homeless a place to live isn’t going to keep a homeless from being home again. Why? Because like I said before homeless inside come with many problems and issues, and if these matters aren’t acknowledged appropriately and throughly observed. We will always have a constant homeless problem in United States. So moral of this story is for all readers to understand that judging a person who has less then what you have, leaves a list of questions of your actual knowing of what, why,how ,and when a home individuals life really started. Also things to remember Done judge a book by its cover before you even attempt to find out there story. Also something to also know there will be homeless inside with stories that seem out of this world. But there are also things in our own lives that we will never even know that existed. Everybody truth will be there own truth. And no one has a right to tell someone else if there truth is a lie or not.

Talking Tree’s
Listen to the sound of nature, the echoing in the distance, the low chattering of village people talking, the different sounds of the wind blowing through the night sky. Just close your eyes and think about this - Picture yourself in a world filled with love and peace. Where everyday life problems just seem to work itself out - where birds fly freely, and animals live without any fear of there own. Just think about the different forms of faces that you may be passing right by on a daily basis - Let’s just take the time to breathe in the fresh smell of clean ocean water - as we wonder why does this smell seem so new and different. As all of these things that may seem to be going on we tend to live a life of complete understanding that what we observe as human beings is not a misconception of reality - and that same reality we tend to confuse so easily to believe that our way of living is our best way to live our lives. Think about this for a minute if the same tree is planted right next to each other what would be it’s chance of survival? Tree’s speak to each other, they live off of each, they grow and produce with one another. Tree’s rarely die out, but also tree’s can live a very long time. Have you ever seen the center of a tree - in the center of a tree are circles ranging from small to enormous - those same circles will tell you the age of the tree. People are like trees we grow and age but our aging tends to become visible to the naked eye pretty quickly. We as living beings tend to forget that our own pain and suffering comes from our own life choices, we tend to stick to the beliefs of others instead of finding are own belief system and learning and growing from our own mistakes as well as the mistakes or problems we see others go through on a daily basis. We tend to fall to become our own victim at times, leading us to believe that our lives as a child has everything to do with are lives as a adult. Yea we can easily say we had parents who weren’t the best parents we would have wanted, but let us also try to be mindful who there parents might of been to them as well. Generations of family curse, of lack and knowledge of what proper love is and what is the true defense of caring for someone other then yourself. So going back to the point of how trees talk to each other, and live off of one another, and help each other eat and stay alive. We as people can do the same thing if we just all learn to set our differences aside. We can grow with one another, we can thrive with each other, we can even raise a entire village if we wanted to. All it takes is some simple understanding that we as people will never be exactly a like, we will never think a like, we will never love a like, and we will never look a like. But everything from the inside of our bodies are all a like just like the center of a tree, different shapes, sizes, and length is the only difference between people and trees.Moral of this story is let’s try to live a life like a tree would, so we can all blossom into the human beings we are destined to truly be.

Free Spirit
I can still remember like it just happened this very day. Ring ring ring I missed the first two phone calls. Checking my phone about a hour later I decided to listen to my voicemail - “Rachel it’s your mom call me it’s very important. As I sit on the edge of my bed I take a deep breath and ask myself what can possibly be so important. Ring ring ring “Hello mom is every okay - the phone call went silent for a few seconds - then my heart dropped. Rachel your grandma is in the hospital - “What” Why? What happened is she okay? Another moment of silence this time with soft sniffles. Tears just started flowing down my cheeks - I knew at that very moment that this time my grandmother really wasn’t doing great at all. I knew deep down inside my soul that soon she will be flying with the Angels into the gates of heaven. I decided I needed to talk to her since I wouldn’t be able to see her due to Covid-19 - I at least need to have one more conversation with her in regardless of it was going to be really brief. “ Hey grandma how are you feeling?” A short sigh I am okay - this is her normal response to this question - no voice change or anything of that kind.” Rachel I want to tell you not to worry I am going to be just fine” Are you sure grandma? I reply back to her - Yes she replies in a lower tone of voice - I love you grandma - I love you too. It wasn’t until around midnight that grandma went to be with the Lord. The news came the very next morning, as I replayed our calls the day before I came to understand that she was letting me know that she was ready to go. I was the last person whom she talked to, and I cherish that last conversation everyday of my life. The feeling of knowing that she is free from all pain and suffering allows me to continue to live more healthier then I ever had before.

The Thirst Of Mothering
Here it comes again that feeling deep down in the pit of my stomach - the feeling of wanting but not having. As I just lay down constant thoughts and emotions just keeping rolling around in my head - I say to myself this is always going to be a constant battle. I'm very sure I am not the only mother in this world that has experience the things that I consistently go through on a day to day basis - but yet again let me remind myself that I am still a mother regardless of who I may be mothering too. Man the thirst of wanting to mother makes me sea sick. " Oh well" at least I am able to mother Kobe, at least I am able to attend and care for Flash and Mocha Latte. But most importantly I am not just a mother of my own bearings I am a mother to all I hold dear to my heart. Motherhood just doesn't stop with your own kids due to mother nature running it's course my motherly instincts will never leave me. The thirst for mothering is like the thirst you feel on a hot summer day the thirst never goes away.
