Twin Flame Sacred Union
My Twin Flame journey began with me longing for another piece of me. I was longing for a deep psychic and spiritual connection within a relationship. I'm not even quite sure if I knew what that would look or feel like, but my soul certainly did. I would lie awake in bed and cry at night, like a part of my soul was missing.

From Anxiety & Fear to Shining & Vibing!
I was under this overpass and the sounds of the cars passing over reminded me of my child hood. My parents would always take me to the park when I was little. We would go on walks and be outside together. I learned to ride my bike there. It was a very nostalgic moment. It was a happy memory.

Trauma Series - Shadow Work
Many times in our lives we find ourselves lost. We feel like we’ve lost a sense of self, our sense of purpose, and the spark and passion for life. You’re not alone. Childhood Trauma - Divorce
I have found our childhood is where most of our adult problems stem from. The continuous cycles we play a part of and the baggage we carry is from unresolved Childhood Trauma. Even our body can be broken down over time, our cells and subconscious mind storing energy of hurt, abandonment, broken trust, and heartbreak in our bodies. That backache you’ve always had, that blood pressure problem, or that wrist pain that comes and goes but never quite goes away, can all stem from unresolved trauma. So let’s talk about it.
