Wasp Talk. Content Warning.
Introduction This is inspired by a few things: My friend Chris said wasps were the football hooligans of the insect world, my recent post where I stated that some people are only happy when they are miserable or have something to complain about, and the book I am reading, "The Roaches Have No King" by Dabiel Evan Weiss which is about New York Apartment life observed by cockroaches.

Walking On Gilded Splinters. Content Warning.
Introduction This is for the PVim Challenge below, and will be a microfiction based on the song I refer to below. It made me think of one of my favourite songs from one of my favourite albums, "Walk On Gilded Splinters" from "Gris, Gris" by Dr John, Mac Rebbenak.

Filaments. Content Warning.
Prologue I had an idea, one word, either Threads or Filaments that carry a threat. Threatening Threads seemed too alliterative and the word always makes me think of the very frightening eponymous 1984 Nuclear Fallout film.
