Garbage-man
I grew up to be a garbage-man. I don’t love what I do yet I feel like it was my calling. I feel like taking out the trash and cleaning the streets was the reason I was born. My mother Prudence was a stern schoolteacher and taught me how to read and write. She tried to get me to understand mathematics and science and other subjects I just couldn’t quite grasp.

Dear best friend
Dear best friend, That sounds like a dream, the dandelions covering you and then that Ruth B. Song… Wow! I feel like it is too many signs to be ignored. And you are not silly for feeling that about your flame. I agree these things can be strangely complicated and hard to see with the naked eye.

Dear best friend
Dear best friend, I am sure your two girls are in great hands for the church camp. I understand what you mean about missing their presence, and how it's a reminder they'll be off on their own one day. It is a startingly scary thing for me to think of. The world and the people in it are scary and very unpredictable and cruel at times.

Sad poetry

Dear best friend
Dear best friend, How is everything going? Are you working on your writing and story for Noah yet? So I am working on my piece for my column job now. It's about the Catholic Imagination and fashion. I am editing on my spare time. I hope you are doing well.

Tony & Maria
We sought help from the Faceless Man. We couldn’t let a rumble destroy us. Maria made me feel like a million springs had blossomed in my soul. I was once a convict with a bad past of my own making. I knew that my heart was good now and ready to create something wonderful with Maria.
