I Almost Astral Projected
The first time I ever heard about astral projection was from a guy I dated over a decade ago. He told me about how a greenish blue man guided him through the astral realm. I don't remember many specifics of his experience, but I do distinctly remember thinking he was nuts.

The Dark Side of Idealism
I recently left a relationship that seemed a perfect match in the beginning. I think what drew us together was the sense that we were both idealists. He and I both believed that every person can do their part to make this world a better place for us all. What I didn’t see, through my rose colored glasses and the fog of love and war that had completely enveloped me, is that there is a dark side to idealism.

Sept 30- Marybeth oughrta thank me for what I dun fer’er. She ain’t no count, just as prissy as can be and homlier’n a damn possum. Reckon nobody ain’t never told her she can’t afford to talk back with a face like ‘at. Godammit I tried to tell ‘er. She don’t never listen to a goddam word. Reckon she’s thinkin’ Ida smack the ugly right off her goddam face. Ain’t no how, I ain’t never hit her that hard. Aw, hell. I told her she oughrt not be baking all them goddam pies.
