My Neighbor
Where do I start? How could I ever begin to explain the things I see? The things I hear and feel? I do not believe in ghosts, the damned things in stories and tales of the bygone days. What idiotic lives they must have lived; trembling in the corners of their antiquated houses as the shadows of the lamented drew on their walls. What fools! Running before they could walk. Trying to understand the real world only to be blind to the utter chaos within themselves. I do not believe such things, such nonsensical beliefs. But even I could not explain the existence of my very self, of the shadows dancing around my head that encircled me, trapped me.

Teddy Bear
"What is that, darling?" He had olive green eyes and the mind of the devil at times. But it was her and his true friends that caused him to learn to love, to laugh, to smile at the simple things. His friends helped so much and gave him hope. But it was her that made him realize that the world didn't have to be all black and white. It was her laugh that made him hear the laugh of the world, her smile that made him see the smile of strangers, and her touch that made him feel the earths beauty and not just its sins. He was lounging in the couch in her parents living room. His hair dark like one of chocolate, his skin of heavily creamed coffee, and the voice of a man with a slight temper.
