One Method To Determine Your Actual Sleep Needs
The other day, I had a discussion with an old friend. And the subject of sleep came up. I mentioned that every night I get close to nine hours of sleep. That shocked my friend. He boasted that he only gets seven hours of sleep each night. I explained to him that I feel less than my best throughout the day if I don't get enough sleep. He concurred that getting enough sleep is essential and vowed never to get any less than he does now. But that got me wondering, "Could it be that I'm actually sleeping too much? Maybe he's the one who's sleeping too little? Or is it possible that we're actually both sleeping enough? You probably already know that sleep is good for you. There are a ton of negative effects if you don't get enough of it every day.

With No Strange Tactics, You Can Delay Aging
The question of why we age, whether you can stop getting older, or whether you can become immortal has been a subject of discussion for centuries. Many people, in my opinion, are unaware of our actual level of control over the aging process. Most people define age and aging in terms of chronological time. So, each of us is aware of the number of years that have passed since our birth, and we typically gauge our aging in terms of months, days, and years. A magic number is almost given to it. In other words, you're considered old when you're 65 or when you can see it in the mirror. We place a great deal of importance and emphasis on this metric, but it isn't the most important one.

Science Experiment Demonstrates the Existence of the Afterlife
Everybody has given some thought to what happens after death. No one knows for sure what happens to your consciousness or spirit after you die; whether we go to a place in the sky where we are welcomed by family and friends, whether we get reincarnated as a lovely butterfly, or whether there is nothing at all. However, researchers like Sam Parnia at NYU Langone Health have found evidence that suggests consciousness may survive the death of the body. Let's find out if science can demonstrate the existence of consciousness after the death of the body. Is this evidence for an afterlife?

What Happens When You Die?
The Telegraph conducted a survey of UK residents in 2014, and just under 60% of those surveyed agreed that we are still alive in some form. In 2015, Pew Research questioned Americans in the United States—a country that is still largely Christian—what happens after death. According to the survey, 72% of Americans think that after death, you go to paradise, which is a place "where people who have led good lives are eternally rewarded." According to the description of hell as a place "where people who have led bad lives and die without feeling regret are eternally punished," 54 percent of American adults said they believed in it.
