Flexed
Listen here made man, you could never fool me, not by the rock diamonds on your neck, or the gold around your teeth. Listen here how you flex, it doesn't turn me on, it has me running for the door, Cause all I want is to be gone. You don't have anything that I want, not even attitude, because genuine comes from the inside and you need some real soul food. You could never get a lady of my statue because your too consumed in your next plan to do. You don't live in the now or embrace who you are, if you even know what that it, i doubt it by a far. Its not like I'm judging, its the new way of fuck boys, looking at women as were possessions and toys. But We aren't, or well, at least not me, I have a save the last dance in me, So go get on your jet and pop your bottles and your pillies because I'm happy with my lil self because at the end of the day I know where my soul be.

The Little Bodies
Before I ever knew What soul and love was, There you were inside of me, ready to teach me something I thought that I already knew. Little did I know, You would become my master and my teacher, and we would grow together I'm many ways I never knew possible. Before, I grappled at the thought of becoming at a mother in my young age. But then I stepped in to the role, and you came into my life and I was overcome with a million feelings of joy and I learned that I could feel for more than just me, that there is love beyond myself and extends very far and for something that was created from love. So you taught me Patience when I thought that I didn't have any. You taught me that Life goes on when you are at the brink of no sleep and you want to crash and burn but can not. And All the while you taught me much strength that lived in me that I never even knew I had. I started to be your teacher too but you really were your own personality growing along the way following direction from me as I really just kept you and continue to keep you from losing s limb and hopefully once you start driving, dying. We added another lovey to the mix and man the sassy pants on her but if it wasnt from the love of my mother, I would never have been equipped to handel any of this. The strength that woman carries in such a classy way. The way her body just dances as it knows what to do even if her mouth says otherwise. Thats what motherhood is, Passing it down from mother to daughter to child. The stages of life and the beauty in it is magical. Life is magical if you look beyond the tasks in all its simplicity. There are so many sights to be seen if you open your eyes and look up. Look around. Just take your eyes away from a screen, like we were advised. Ad see what should be seen. Its a waste and we decided not to miss it, for it all could be gone in the blink of an eye. All we've got are our memories so lets dream on love on and live on in the beauty of the now. With family. With these beating hearts we shall linger.
