Vampire Hunters
I sat there staring at the TV, which I had turned off. My pistol, badge, and phone which was tossed on the coffee table. Jake was in the kitchen reading an old leather-bound book. We just got home from work about thirty minutes ago. It has been two days since we received the message from the demons. My phone buzzed continuously, I looked at it and it was Zach who was calling. I picked up my phone to answer it.

Vampire Hunters
With our back story out of the way, it is now time to travel into the future two thousand twenty years after the rising of Christ. My brother and I were no longer in Israel we moved all over the world and now resided in the heart of the United States in Kansas City. We work for the Federal Bureau of Investigations in a small department called the Abnormal Investigations Unit. The unit consists of six Field Agents and an Intelligence Analyst. The unit's mission is to keep the underworld from intertwining with the human world.

Vampire Hunters
So now you know how my brother and I became vampires. However, you still don't know why we hunt them down and kill demons. Actually, that story is quite simple. It was a brisk spring morning forty-nine years after the night our mother was killed by Jedadiah. We were now Roman soldiers and very high rankings ones at that. We were Centurions, we were over two different Centuria of course. However, we were in the same legion. I believe you do know the story of the crucifixion of the Messiah. How two Roman soldiers nailed Him to the cross and hoisted it up into the hole as his body jolted in pain. Yeah, those two soldiers were my brother and I.

Vampire Hunters
Do you ever just wonder how you got into a situation and then realize it’s your brother's fault? Yeah, same here. Actually, now that I think about it; it doesn't happen that often. However, no matter what my brother gets us into, it will never be as bad as the day he almost got both of us killed. It happened over two thousand years ago. During a calm and cool midsummer night in July in a small village called Bethlehem. Which is about six miles south of Jerusalem. The Christian bible doesn’t get a lot wrong but one of the few things it does get wrong is the day Christ was born. The planets that align to form the star of Bethlehem wouldn’t be in the right position to rise the star for the wise men to follow in December to the manger. The right time would be the same night my brother Jake and I turned into the one thing we feared the most. It was the night we were turned into bloodsucking demons called Motetz Dam or as it is known in the English language, Vampires.

In the End
You know once we found out that aliens existed in our galaxy we thought we could win if they tried to invade us. However, we didn’t know how wrong we were until it was too late. The year is 2206 about 150 years after the fall of the United States of America, England, Germany, China and Russia. Once these great countries fell after World War Three, the leaders came together and created a unified nation they called the United Federation. Ever since then, we as a nation stopped invading countries on earth, we started conquering space. That is when the United Space Command Federation was created. About a hundred years later our worst fear became a reality; we found a planet with stable life. We called it planet HF 56-45. The creatures that lived there called it Talteria. Everything was perfect for a few years until the Talterians realized their planet was dying and they needed to find a new one.
