This topic is a very sensitive but important one.A lot of people do not recognize their skin type.As a result,we use products or introduce chemicals that do not suit our skin,some end up reacting badly.It has led to damages of the skin for some people.Skin diseases is a very common thing among people.Everyone can benefit from a regular, daily skincare routine targeted at its needs, no matter what skin type. Understanding “what is my skin type” is key to adopting the proper skincare routine for your particular skin type. Sometimes,our intake of food also affects our skin.Some of the major issues people have with their skin,such as;pimples,Acne,blackheads,dark spot on parts of the body,Eczema etc can be treated effectively if you adopt a skincare routine that works for you.You can as well consult a dermatologist.Setting up a skincare routine that works best for you can be admittedly challenging but it gets easier with the knowledge of your skin type.Your type depends on things such as:How much water is in your skin, which affects its comfort and elasticity,How oily it is, which affects its softness,How sensitive it is.There are several skin types.You might as well fall under some of this categories,your skin type can change overtime.
