Rumpelstiltskin: Child Eater
Edgar told nothing to King Lancer. He would first find out the truth for himself. So, when the message came that the girl had arrived, he met with her in secret. The moment his eyes fell on her, he knew at least one thing the miller had said to be true. She was a like a glimmer of sunlight come to the palace that had so long been shrouded in shadow. Despite his suspicions, he found himself hoping she was more than she appeared.

Rumpelstiltskin: Child Eater
Once upon a time there was a poor kingdom called Douran ruled by a sad and lonely King. His storehouses were bereft of gold, and though he was still in the prime of his youth, he had neither wife nor heir to succeed after him. As a result, his kingdom was governed by fear and darkness. Unrest lived in the hearts of the people and the land was under constant threat of war.

How do you say, "I love you?"
I remember when the world came crashing down around me. It was so unexpected, and yet, the signs had been there. I’d missed them. Ignorant only because of the innocence my sheltered upbringing had left me with yet rendered me unaware of. Back then, I had thought myself strong. Life and Circumstance were more than willing to prove me wrong. That had been a harsh lesson.

8 Steps to Writing a Book
It’s not that I ever really thought about my process of writing until my cousin asked me for a guide because she was having difficulty with getting her thoughts organized and staying on track. So, a few years back, I came up with 8 steps. I had forgotten about these until recently when she brought them up. I didn’t remember sending them to her at all, but after looking over them, I realized I still follow the same process. Things have changed a little bit as my writing has developed, but overall, I keep to this pattern. Not every author writes with the exact same method, however, this is apparently what works for me.

The Dream I had Last Night
Do you ever have vivid dreams that are just so…odd? As a writer, I try to find inspiration from almost anywhere. But sometimes, the stuff that comes to me while I’m sleeping is pure gold. I wish I was that randomly creative when awake! Except maybe with a bit more structure because let’s be honest, dreams generally make no sense.

Unqualified for Life
Do you ever feel like you’re just not cut out for existing? I don’t mean depression or anything like that. Just, when looking for a job, you know, doing what is necessary to survive and exist in this world, you find that you’re simply unqualified for . . . everything. I don’t mean incapable. Unqualified.

Burnt
He awoke with a start, the canopy of charred and broken branches overhead being the first thing his vision adjusted to. Distinctly, he heard her voice, though a glance around told him he was alone. The sound of her calling to him was what had brought him from the depths of unconsciousness. With wakefulness came an overwhelming sensation of pain flooding his senses.
