The Quiet Battle To Return Pre-Existing Conditions to What It Was
There is a quiet war being waged on people with disabilities also known as a pre-existing condition. As a child, I knew about this war since getting covered for my type-1 diabetes was hard. Many people have pre-existing conditions. Heartless politicians want to make sure these people do not get coverage. The American Health Care Act is a step backwards even if they still cannot charge sick people more for insurance. The House has no idea what they are doing with regard to how this impacts people with pre-existing conditions. Insurers can stop covering, even for people with continuous coverage.

We Earth Humans Are Polymorphic
By polymorphic, this means that we can all look different from one another. We even look different from our parents or like a combination of both parents. Unless we are twins, we all have genetic variations that make each other look different. Each person’s genome has 3 million differences but humans are also 99.9% the same. This gives white supremacists pause, no doubt. Genome variations are small, which leaves a few base pairs substituted for. If we are all truly based on similar genetic material despite our individual differences in appearance, then we are all more similar than many racists stop to think about.

Sleep Deprivation
Sleep deprivation causes many health problems. Your cognition is impaired along with your ability to make money. Mental illness symptoms include not getting enough sleep. Depression, in contrast, can make you sleep too much. Not getting enough sleep leaves a person groggy and messed up. Not getting enough sleep can cause weight gain or weight loss. Consequently, getting less sleep can mean you gain weight as well. Gaining weight happens from lacking sufficient rest since your ability to make good decisions is affected by not getting enough sleep. Concentration is impaired when you do not sleep as much as you need to sleep.

How to Treat a Sprained Ankle
I messed up my right ankle two weeks straight back in January and I was rendered unable to do much except stay home and write, also being forced to drive everywhere instead of burning calories by walking. Twisting an ankle is not the same thing as spraining an ankle. Ankles that are swollen are sprained. I saw my psychiatrist one day to ask her what to do, then I went to urgent care. Repeated or severe sprains can cause joint pain. Ankle sprains come from moving your feet too fast. I imagine it happened when I walked to Target with my cart to get food. I walked home that day, and I think that’s when it might have happened.

I'm Still Looking for a Job
As it is, I’m still looking for a job. Something part-time and out of the house. Preferably retail. It is possible where I live to do this. I applied at a pretzel shop at the mall, and a health foods store at the mall so far. There is a 711 in my neighborhood. I plan on applying there, if I can. Ideally, I want to be able to walk to work. I do need the extra income since I have to buy some pagan supplies like gemstones and herbs. This will eventually happen. I found a sweet insurance gig, which means that I can work very part-time and that’s okay by them.

Potato Soup from 'Better Homes and Gardens: The Ultimate Soups and Stews Book'
I made myself the baked potato soup from 'Better Homes and Gardens: The Ultimate Soups and Stews Book.' I got two russet potatoes and baked them in my oven to 425 degrees for 60 minutes. I had not known how to make a good baked potato before I tried this recipe. I cut the potatoes lengthwise. I left them in the fridge for a day, which resulted in black spots which I removed with a spoon. I smashed the potatoes with a fork, and threw out the potato skins. Then, I put the potatoes in my soup pot along with green onions and butter, to soften them.

What Déjà Vu Actually Is
Déjà vu is a French word that infiltrated the English language with the meaning, “I have been here before.” It means that you are remembering something you had a vision, or a dream about. If something feels overly familiar, or someone, you are having a psychic feeling, which proves you have psychic abilities. I have visions of future events sometimes but it really depends on whether or not they actually happen. Just “knowing” things before they happen means that you are sensing what may happen or what is about to happen. Déjà vu happens to me in the shower, or the car. I get it randomly, a lot.

How to Save Money Being Low-Income
I need to get better at using coupons this year. Coupons are useful. I have no debt as a low-income person. Having a potluck at home can save money indefinitely. Although making enough food for a week can also save money. Food banks only help so much. I have breakfast for the next few weeks, as I have cut cereal from my diet since I need to lose weight by not snacking so much. In December, I was at 112 pounds. Now I’m 120. This is concerning me. My entertainment is Hulu and it only costs me $7.99 a month with commercials. I also have CBS All Access.

How to Make Restaurant Quality Crepes at Home
In order to make restaurant quality crepes at home, I use lactose free milk, three eggs, and flour. I beat the eggs into the one-cup all-purpose flour. Then I manage to use the frying pan to slide the crepe around until it is totally cooked on the bottom. I fry bacon to stuff my crepe with, specifically bacon and cheese. You can also use ham and cheese or Nutella, which I don’t have in the house, that can also be used as a filling. Crepes are a simple meal you can make at any time.

Sugar Addiction
Cravings are hard to deal with. Sugar craving is quite common for many people, not just type 1 diabetics. Alcohol is similar to sugar as it is a fermented form of sugar. Alcoholics are also sugar junkies. One way of curbing a sugar craving is to drink water or broth made of chicken or beef. Sugar cravings can go away eventually, in particular, if you know you have had enough. If water can help release a sugar craving, it is because you were just thirsty. Also, sugar cravings can be helped with eating more meat if you are not vegetarian.

Depression and Anxiety
Depression and anxiety are garden-variety mental illnesses that almost everybody has had at one point or another. Anxiety is a perfectly treatable disorder of modern times. Anxiety comes from feeling like something bad is going to happen, a strong and stirring feeling of eternal doom that might approach you. Anxiety gets stirred up. Do not stir the pot and you don’t have to deal with so much anxiety. News fasting is an excellent way of ratcheting down anxiety about global events. Coping with anxiety involves confronting the fear head-on and then doing what you are afraid of doing anyway.

Stress Management
I get anxious and stressed over little things. My whole life is about keeping the anxiety at bay, since it is stuffed into a dark cloud picking at my consciousness, bubbling below the surface. It lurks. My medication helps a lot but I need money to pay for therapy, which can cure me of the feelings. As in, I need really intensive OCD-generalized anxiety therapy. My anxiety pretty much runs my life. Yes, this is bad for me. When my blood sugar is high, I have anxiety. When my blood sugar is low, I have anxiety.
