Splinters of remembering
something I don't dare to remember, still haunts me when autumn leaves fall. I got inspired to many haikus for the Falling Leaves challenge, but not all of them was about the falling leaves, as the prompt requested. Some were simply inspired by the season. Anyway, I still wanted to share them.

A golden undoing
crispy air, golden apples, pears and vines — one bite, beginning is end. I got inspired to many haikus for the Falling Leaves challenge, but not all of them was about the falling leaves, as the prompt requested. Some were simply inspired by the season. Anyway, I still wanted to share them.

Splendor of another kind
death takes everything in the end, but how splendid the decay can be. I'm not quite sure how much it fits into the prompt, which it to capture the fleeting beauty of the autumn leaves. But autumn leaves aren't only bright and colorful, they are also dull, dark and rotting from the moment they leave the branches. For me, there's two sides of the season (as it is to life) — and they are equally beautiful.
