THE FACADE OF LEADERSHIP
A leader, like every other work, offers something (a good or service) to another person or community. The success of the leader depends on the excellent delivery of what he or she offers. Successful leaders are, thus, celebrated everywhere, even in the intimacy of the bedroom by men, women and children from all strata of the society. But the shame of their failure is a discussion borne by people who are busybodies.

The Abuse of Power
Leadership has been a huge topic for debates and seminars over the years. Why? People expect to have someone they can trust to bear their interest be the one to decide on how their resources and expertise should be employed. Therefore, the definition of success for any leader is largely hinged on the satisfaction of the expectations of those the have charge over. Thus, given the usual vast nature of organizations and countries, it behoves a wise leader to build systems that can carry his/her plans fashioned to satisfy the people's expectations. Any good system of administration is sustained by people, therefore, in order to build a robust system the leader must carefully SELECT and GROOM all the members of their team, equipping them with the arsenal they would require to bring the plan to fruition. Yet, why do leaders fail?

Never Be Lacking in Zeal
The arm of flesh includes your arm. Why? We've been engineered to see the shortcomings of others and to solely rely on our own know-how and abilities. And this has become the ground that sustains slavery and bondage. Why? We've limited ourselves to what we can see, hear, smell, taste and touch, thus, we have by ourselves confined our person to the 5 senses. But is there anything out there other than these?

Whether male or female, your body is sacred. Do you know any spirit is only permitted to function in this earth if they have a body? The familiar reason why demons and other unclean spirits would have to possess a human in order to carry out their operations. This is just to let you know how valuable your body is.

My Transformation
MY TRANSFORMATION Do you know how hard it is to walk away from all you've known to be? Maybe?! No one walks without a fight. What we've always known are the slavemasters while our fears and ego are the slavedrivers. Many of us have been drowning in our fears and ego for decades now; not one nor two, a couple more decades, the reason why many wake up in their 30s and realise life has passed them by.

JUDGED AND CONDEMNED No trial! The law is handed down to all of us, but I have seen that the curse of being a woman is that even when the man flouts the law, somehow the woman sustains the damages. Hilarious, huh! Not at all if you are that woman.
