Whenever you feel sad, listen to this story | motivational story about Raven
This narrative is intended for those who are dissatisfied with their lives and believe that others are happy than they are. Keep watching to the very end. Once upon a time, a raven who was very unhappy with his life began to cry one day while perched on a tree branch. A monk was sitting on the tree when a drop of the raven's tears fell on his cheek. The monk looked up and asked the raven, "What's the matter, my friend? Why are you crying?" The raven replied, "A wise one, I am very upset with my life no one loves me people shoot me away in disgrace no one gives.

FEAR SCALE: Fear can act as a threshold when trying something new.
You become confrontational out of fear. Because it teaches us that the plate is hot or not hot, you're going to know that there might be something on the other side that could hurt you or it might not hurt you, but you have to have discernment experience and the ability to recognise this. That's how you know you're healed if you're brought a new topic, a new energy, something you're not familiar with, and your first instant reaction, and possibly later response, is fear you're not healed. This is the one where people keep asking me how I know I'm healed.

Become Who You're Afraid To Be
The majority of individuals are scared to be who they truly are. The reason they are afraid to embrace the aspects of themselves that may be viewed as undesirable is because doing so makes them uncomfortable. Therefore, people split themselves into conscious and unconscious parts in order to get away from this discomfort. In the conscious-half, they construct an ideal image of themselves: an image formed out of the bits and pieces of their past that they deem as good and acceptable. And as result, in the unconscious-half, they repress the parts of themselves that they view as bad and unacceptable.

Enemies Of The Mind
The first enemy of the mind you must fight this summer is pessimism, which tries to convince you that life is only half positive. Of course, there are negative aspects of life, but what else is new? If the glass is half empty, you say, "Well, I've been taught to see that it's half full, but it's also half empty," but you know that's not too difficult. Here's what pessimism would try to convince you to believe that it's only half empty, and when it enters your thoughts, you must educate yourself because pessimism is foolish for you to think it's just half empty, you must admit pessimism.

Don’t chase happiness. Become antifragile
Only two categories of persons are immune to unpleasant emotions. Psychopaths are the first category. The second type has died. The idea that living a happy life entails being content all the time is a misconception. No. A key component of living a happy life is learning to accept and even welcome unpleasant emotions. Additionally, a significant area of happiness studies is the study of unpleasant feelings. In the field of happiness studies, I am both a student and an educator. Additionally, "Happier, No Matter What" is my most recent book. The idea that Nassim Taleb introduced is incredibly significant. Antifragility is that. In essence, antifragility is resilience 2.0. Putting strain on a system is known as resilience 1.0. That system returns to its initial state once the pressure is released.

Who are you?
Why, when everything seems to be going smoothly...? Abruptly......without any prior notice. Do they cease to function? enquiries. Rarely answered questions. And they only make things more unpredictable. What role does luck play in all of this? Actually, though, anything may change in an instant. Is it accurate to claim that a window opens if a door is closed? Sometimes it feels like life is taking care of itself. It rotates. varies in speed To what extent do we actually affect those changes? Who am I? I was the eldest child of parents who envisioned a large, cohesive family. I also grew accustomed to owning more possessions than I actually required. Being the best was how I responded to them. In everything

You don’t like yourself? Create a new version of yourself
You should just stay the same, do whatever you're doing, and don't change because the world needs to accept you as you are. That's why I will never again give you that advice because it's the worst advice ever. The world and people don't owe you anything; we are constantly changing and trying to better ourselves; nobody is the same person they were the day they were born. Therefore, saying, "Oh, don't change yourself, just accept yourself," is just not realistic, and this channel is all about realism, and I dislike sugarcoating things.

How to Find a Career You Genuinely Love
The issue with many people's careers is that they can actually be a source of stress because, as humans, we like a sense of certainty, but it can be extremely uncertain to not know what we want to do with our careers or whether we will truly enjoy them. Even if you do know what you want to do and what you enjoy, there is no guarantee that you will be able to turn that into a successful and well-paying career, which further adds to the stress. This leads to career anxiety, which is a condition in which many people experience a lot of worries, apprehensions, and self-doubts about whether we're on the right path and whether we're genuinely fulfilled in our current jobs.

Power of Not Reacting - How to Control Your Emotions
There was a time when someone who was having trouble controlling his emotions—in particular, wrath and frustration—went to Gautam Buddha for guidance. I'll tell you a story, Buddha remarked with a smile as he asked him to sit down. A king who once ruled a wealthy nation made the decision to travel to the neighboring kingdom because he had heard that the king there was renowned for his wisdom. When the king arrived, he was greeted with great honour, and the neighbouring kingdom's king had prepared a lavish feast in his honour. However, during the feast, the king discovered a fly in his soup.

6 Levels of Thinking Every Student MUST Master
Every learner, regardless of age, should master six different levels of thinking, each of which leads to a different level of results. Unfortunately, the majority of the students I work with get stuck in the first few levels of thinking, and this is the reason they struggle to achieve top results. When this happens, it can be very frustrating, stressful, and time-consuming. It can seem impossible to achieve top results with any degree of confidence, and with enough time, we can begin to think that perhaps we're not cut out for it, but that is probably not the case.
