The American Agenda
In the mist of this President's trial-by-error administration, the Democratic Party continues to grasp at straws for an agenda that would rally a nation that most feel is moving in a very wrong direction. The only light of reason and hope in this problematic presidency has been the continued outspoken presence of Bernie Sanders. But, like during the primaries, the establishment of the DNC continues to dismiss and really ignore the message that Senator Sanders keeps putting out. He has been in the forefront of progressive ideas, ideals, and solutions for the past 35 years. Ideas and solutions that would greatly enhance the lives and livelihoods of millions of Americas all across the country.

The Ultimate Conspiracy
Through-out the ages there have been catastrophic plagues, pandemics, and diseases that have decimated whole populations. Going back to the Middle Ages the scourge of mankind was the Black Death, the Bubonic Plague that ravished Europe wiping out more than two thirds of the population, killing untold millions. In the 20th century there was the Spanish Influenza pandemic right before the end of World War I that again killed millions world wide. We would be wise to remember that the Nazi's from 1939-1945 carried out the most ruthless genocide on mankind in the 20th century. An ethnic extermination unprecedented in modern times. In 2009 the Swine Flu pandemic is just the latest occurrence that signals that the threat of another pandemic is as real as it gets. And yet, there are those who today hide behind cloaks of deception willfully aware of their diabolical intentions that cannot wait for another pandemic to strike. Now, to uncover a more sinister plot more deceitful but just as ruthless as the Nazi's all in the name of global population control. So sinister, so deceptive that we the unsuspecting population have been oblivious to the greatest conspiracy of them all.

That Old Familiar Rain
In the wee hours of twilight the rhythm of the falling rain moves with a tempo whose melody is unmistakably somber in tone. The pitter patter beats a painful reminder of those yesteryears where bittersweet moments still linger in conscious thought. The gaiety of life was often subdued by tears of sorrow and woe. As I recall it was the tumultuous relationship with my parents that set me adrift in the sea of missed opportunity. Those were the days of struggle amidst hope. The decisions I made though affected more than just me. And, yet I keep paying a price for every day I threw away.

Education Reform
The American educational experience from the late 1960's thru today has been a total disaster. Instead of securing our place in educational standards when the educational experience of the post World War II period up till around 1970 we have succumbed to the lowest common denominator. In the mid 1960's is where the United States was ranked first in Math and Science of all the industrialized nations; a far cry from the realities of education in America today. We have failed generations of our youth. Today, the United States has yet to climb back even into the top 25 of countries around the world. Over the past 40 years through policies, laws, and Supreme Court decisions that were supposed to improve education have done the exact opposite. A lesson in futility sort of speaking has undermined the ability of Americas to compete in the global economic community. Sure, there have been bright spots here and there but the overall educational experience in the United States from elementary thru secondary we have continued to loose sight of the aspects that what made American educational the success it was 50 years ago.

The Human Tragedy Of American Capitalism
As Donald Trump continues pointing fingers at the Democrats for our economic woes, now is a good time to clear the air about our economic system in the World today. The fact of the matter is that we have a predominately capitalistic economy but it really hasn't worked for the majority of Americans. Instead, only the top 1% of the population are the true beneficiaries of current economic policies. We have to understand what capitalism really is in order to felicitate a remedy to the financial crisis so many millions of US citizens are in today. And we are not alone either. Practically every other country in the world today is faced with one form of an economic crisis or another.

Winds Of War
Once our earth was filled with green fields that were kissed by the sun. Once there were blue skies filled with white clouds gently floating high above. Once there were valleys where fresh clean water used to run. Now, those green fields are gone, parched by the scorching sun. Gone are the valleys where the clear waters used to run. Gone are the hopes of mankind who let their dreams depart. Gone are those blue skies now clouded over by storm clouds and winds of war. Today, the powder keg of tension in nations has placed mankind precariously close to falling back into the abyss of caves.

Descent Into Darkness
As time marches on the tempo of life has filled the world with an anxiousness, a foreboding premonition of darker times ahead. Today, the world has morphed into a more violent and troubled place. A place that is far removed form the serenity of those glorious days of yesteryear. A world now filled with terrorist groups and rouge nations whose leaders spread terror far and wide to achieve their diabolical ends. We also live in an age where drug cartels continue to spread their poison to an already susceptible public. The carnage that follows is all to apparent today in practically every city across the US. And, now the United States is being led by Tweedledee and Tweedledum who are steering this country to the brink of disaster by their eagerness to catapult this nation closer to international conflicts that have really no bearing on the lives and livelihoods of everyday Americans. In all probability the United States will instigate the ultimate disaster that will send international tremors reverberating all around the globe.

The Road To Timbuktu
No, this is not a remake of a Bing Crosby and Bob Hope movie. You know, those road trip movies of the 1940's. Although they were quite funny. When we think of Timbuktu it conjures up images of such a far away remote place, so isolated very few really know where it is. To even reach Timbuktu is a remarkable trek to one of the world's most fascinating places. A rich history of scholars and scribes. Timbuktu was once the meca that supported a flourishing industry of scribes who copied texts brought by traders, merchants, and other scholars.

Organic Intellectual Energy
Throughout the ages, all living organisms whether it is a small blade of grass or a blue whale all emit a form of energy. Energy in a way that is so transparent, so subtle, and yet, very definitive in nature. All living humans emit this kind of energy. But, mankind's ability to see or harness this energy other than for very minute things like a wristwatch which runs off of ones body heat remains pretty elusive. Remember, man has a natural internal temperature of 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Not only is body heat a form of energy but, cold blooded reptiles exhibit an all together more evasive kind of energy. Those Star Wars movies were Jedi Knights were the only ones privy and capable enough to understand and harness natural energy that is emitted from all living things in order to do remarkable feats is the type of energy man has sought for years to understand. It is also this kind of energy that has surrounded all life through-out history.

Poverty
The fast track mobilization of our corporate world has made the United States government synonymous with the giants of industry. It is these giants of industry that have pushed America into the realization that the majority of Americas are now faced with third world conditions. With the names of Halliburton, Koch, Texaco, Chevron, Bank American, Wal-Mart and others whose CEO's control the purse strings of our elected officials, corporate control is the reality of today. For over 100 years Washington's predatory economic policies and the Global elite methodically pushed the United States out of contention as the world's largest economy. In doing so corporate America has left millions of Americas so impoverished that they will have no chance of ever rising above the poverty level that they have been thrust into. The cycle of poverty has only grown wider.

The Panama Papers
Ever since the Panama Papers came out, too many of us were naive about the extent and scope of how much wealth is actually being hidden away in tax havens and off shore accounts all around the globe. Sure, we accept the fact that the wealth of certain individuals have always been socked away from the prying eyes of government. That's one of the reasons why the wealthy keep getting wealthier. But, this latest report just shows the ridiculously obscene amount of wealth many leaders of government and industry have hidden away using their positions to amass great fortunes while the rest of the world languishes in desperation hoping and praying for better times ahead.

The Third Industrial Revolution
When the first Industrialized Revolution unfolded the fuel that ushered in a new found way of life was all based on fossil fuels. The gluttony that followed in the fervor frenzy of drilling and mining that ensued only created an environmental catastrophe of epic proportions today. Yet in the United States most of our government is in a state of denial that our industrial infrastructure that by the way is built all off of fossil fuels is the cause of all the environmental impact that global warming is having all around the globe. The continuing onslaught of more natural disasters which have been occurring more frequently with each passing year is a direct result of mans interference with the natural balance on this planet.
