The First Man Who Tried to Kill Jeff Dahmer
Wisconsin abolished the death penalty in 1853 and unlike most other U.S. states, never reinstated the punishment, even for murderers. Today, the state is one of 12 without a death penalty. Back in 1991, state leaders should have considered making an exception to their death penalty rules after the arrest and confessions of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Over a 15-year period, Dahmer killed 17 men, most inside his Milwaukee apartment, and forever ruined the life of an 18th man who miraculously got away -and helped put him away for 15 life sentences.

14-Year-Old Stabbing Victim Charged With His Own Attempted Murder
"Skilled writers of fiction would struggle to conjure up a plot such as that which arises here.” On June 28, 2003, a 14-year-old boy was critically stabbed in the chest and stomach. Police initially suspected the boy, publicly named John, had been the victim of a robbery gone wrong. By May 2004, police had charged John with his own attempted murder.

Five Teens Broke The Victim's Kneecaps, Pulled Out His Teeth & Set Him on Fire
Six teens plan a gruesome murder. One lures the teen- her ex-boyfriend- to his death. The teens savagely beat the 15-year-old, break his kneecaps with a hammer, pull out his teeth with pliers, shoot him, and drag him back into the home when he manages to escape. The teens then fatally shoot him and burn his remains in a bonfire while they stood around drinking, using drugs, and living the night away. The group then shovels his charred remains into three, five-gallon buckets, dumping them into a river nearby one of their homes.

She left a note indicating her 6-year-old son Timmothy was safe but promised no one would ever see him again. Amy Fry-Pitzen then took her own life. More than 11 years later, her words remain true. After the heinous crimes he committed, Jeffrey said he would not be surprised -or upset-if someone killed him, too. Besides, growing up he was unpopular, a pretty weird kid who dissolved animal parts in acid and scared his classmates with his awkwardness.
