My Review of "All of Us Are Dead: Season One"
All of Us Are Dead: Season One is yet another Korean zombie show out on Netflix. It just recently came out and I'm actually shocked this is the first time I've ever seen a zombie series based around high school kids. You'd think this concept would have been done by now but I can't really recall one ever being done in a high school. Although there are some refreshing twists there are a lot of the same tropes you see in other zombie shows.

My Review of "The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Extended Edition)"
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (Extended Edition) is a movie I've always wanted to check out. I really liked the original theatrical release of this movie. Despite the fact I was entertained by this film there was always a sense that something was missing. After watching this extended cut of the film I realized I was right.

My Review of "Baskets: Season 1"
Baskets: Season 1 is a little known show that started up in 2016. It only recently appeared in my radar after the untimely death of Louis Anderson who plays the matriarch in this show. I really wished I had stumbled upon it a lot sooner but it's better late than never.

My Review of "The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (Extended Edition)"
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (Extended Edition) is a new take on the movie that came out in 2002. It gives us around forty five minutes of extended scenes on what was originally already a three hour movie. I know that can sound really exhausting to some and at points it really is. You have to be a true fan to really dive this deep into the movie. Unfortunately for me I think I'm becoming one of those fans.

My Review of "Home Team"
Home Team is the latest Happy Madison Netflix film to be released in 2022. It's a fairly simple and predictable story that throws in some awkward Happy Madison flare to it. I thought I knew what I was getting into with this movie and in some ways I was right.

My Review of "Aziz Ansari: Nightclub Comedian"
Aziz Ansari: Nightclub Comedian is Netflix's latest comedy standup special. Here Aziz goes back to the Comedy Cellar in New York City to a surprised audience. This place has a special place in Aziz's heart and we see how things have come full circle.

My Review of "Minari"
Minari was one of the critical hit movies back in 2020. I never got around to seeing it because it looked like a boring movie to me. Seeing as it started streaming on Prime I thought I might as well check it out while I can. If it turns out to be a boring movie then I can cut it off and move on to another movie. Thankfully this movie had me hooked from the beginning.

My Review of "Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings (Extended Edition)"
The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings (Extended Edition) is a movie I never thought I'd ever watch. I loved the Lord of the Rings movies and have watched them several times. The runtime alone on the theatrical releases are pretty darn long. To think I would be watching an extended edition that includes over half an hour of new footage was not in my cards. You never say never though because I finally took the plunge.

My Review of "Prisoners"
Prisoners is a movie that I've been wanting to check out for a long time. It came out back in 2013. Since then the director Denis Villeneuve has made blockbuster film after blockbuster film. Each one equally as great as the next. I already had high expectations for this movie but I didn't expect to be blown away as I did.

My Review of "Resident Evil 2 (2019)"
Resident Evil 2 (2019) is the remake I was kind of dreading when they first announced it. I thought they would be totally rehashing the game with new graphics. That wasn't the case with this game. Soon I would realize I was playing the game all over again in a new perspective. It's not just a remake this is an absolute overhaul. I recognize a lot of it but it's not quite the same.

My Review of "Mo Amer: The Vagabond
Mo Amer: The Vagabond had come out in 2018. I had heard of him before and I admittedly found some of his YouTube clips really funny. That's why I was shocked that I never got around to seeing this stand-up special. He's not a huge name in the comedy industry but he is a rising star right now. I can only see great things for him if he continues on his trajectory.

My Review of "Vince Carter: Legacy"
Vince Carter: Legacy is yet another documentary into the life and times of Vince Carter. You'll remember 2 years ago I reviewed the Carter Effect. Some of the same information is regurgitated in this documentary but in a different manner. The Carter Effect focused on Vince Carter's influence in Toronto and Canada in general. This new documentary simply dives deeper into the career of Vince Carter.
