My Review of "Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets"
Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets came out back in 2017. It was touted as the next Fifth Element. There are a ton of Fifth Element fans out there and I was one of them. What some of us don't remember was how cheesy some of the Fifth Element was back in the day. This movie has a bit of that cheese in there but now I'm grown up so the nostalgia factor doesn't come into play.

My Review of "Men in Black: International"
Men in Black: International came out back in 2019. It seems as though this franchise will never die. They have a new one when it gets close to 10 years from the previous one. This time we don't have our main character but we still have the main premise and same universe.

My Review of "The Redeem Team"
The Redeem Team is a Netflix exclusive sports documentary that came out recently in 2022. I lived through the time of this documentary so I thought why not go back through memory lane and see if this will bring up anything for me. It definitely did and there were so many pop culture and nostalgic things that popped into my head.

My Review of "Men in Black 3"
Men in Black 3 came out back in 2012. It's about a decade since it came out and a decade since the previous movie. Yeah it took them 10 years to create a new sequel. What's unexpected about that is that I was surprised they even made a third volume. If you saw my review of the second movie you'd realize that I hated it. I had real apprehensions to watch this movie. It was that bad. Luckily this movie was an about face.

My Review of "Solo: A Star Wars Story"
Solo: A Star Wars Story came out back in 2018. I was one of the supporters of this movie when it first came out. Then there was a huge backlash from a ton of people concerning this movie. Watching it again I question why people hate this movie so much. This movie didn't deserve the hate and honestly I was hoping to see where it would go.

My Review of "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law: Season One"
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law: Season One has just wrapped up. There were quite a lot of expectations from all sorts of groups for this show. Not one of those expectations the same. No matter what your opinion is of this show, most of the show did remind me of the comic that I used to read years back.

My Review of "Werewolf by Night"
Werewolf by Night is an odd recent entry to Disney Plus in late 2022. I guess it's to coincide with Halloween and all. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how this interacts with the regular Marvel Cinematic Universe. That is quickly remedied because this is a stand-alone feature that is rather unique.

My Review of "Gallants"
Gallants is a kung fu movie that came out back in 2010. The spoken language of the movie is Cantonese and unfortunately my Cantonese isn't the best. I was surprisingly still able to understand what was going on in this movie. However, a lot of the nuances and subtle jokes flew way over my head.

My Review of "Men in Black II"
Men in Black II came out back in 2002. It's a full five years after the original movie. I wouldn't expect the special effects and movie to be as bad as this. If you've seen my review of the first movie you can see that I actually loved it. That's why I was shocked that I never saw any of the sequels. Now it's time to remedy this and boy was I in for a surprise.

My Review of "Woman King"
Woman King comes out recently to a not too stellar fall lineup in 2022. I haven't had a huge itch to go to the cinemas in a while but that's mainly because I'm not huge into horror movies. Otherwise I'd be all over it. This was probably the most enticing movie for me to watch for September. I didn't even get to watch it until October!

My Review of "Fist of Fury 1991"
Fist of Fury 1991 was an instant classic when I first saw the movie. Back then it was all about the goofy oddball comedies that we don't get anymore. I kind of miss this genre of comedy in films but I understand why they don't make them anymore.

My Review of "Men in Black (1997)"
Men in Black (1997) came out to a wave of fanfare. It was a breath of fresh air in so many ways. At the time it was a revolution in special effects. The story also happened to play around with things that were going on in popular culture at the time. I remember loving this movie back in the day but I haven't seen it for a while and was curious how it would hold up.
