My Review of "American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 3"
American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 3 has recently aired on TV. I've been following this annual event for the past 3 years and it seems as though the competition is getting better and better. There also seems to be a changing of the guard in the women's competition. This makes it pretty exciting to see the regular competition.

My Review of "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse"
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has come out in 2023. It's the hotly anticipated sequel to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse that came out 5 years ago. Animation takes a lot of time and effort to create let alone the story and production of a movie. Frankly I'm surprised it came out 5 years later. What we got was that last movie but pushed up three levels higher.

My Review of "Game of Thrones: Season 2"
Game of Thrones: Season 2 came out back in 2012. It's hard to believe that it's been so long that this had aired. If you get to watch this in its 4k glory you kind of forget the fact it's that old. That's what I did and boy did I enjoy this one just as much as I did when I first watched this season. Though watching this season over again gives me even more insights into the show.

My Review of "Arnold (2023)"
Arnold (2023) is the latest exclusive documentary series released by Netflix. This series is based on the life and times of Arnold Schwarzenegger. It's not a very surprising one if you think about it. He is one of the most interesting people on the planet. It only makes sense to build a series on him since there are now a lot of people that have grown up not knowing where he came from.

My Review of "Champions"
Champions is a sports related movie that came out in 2023. I'm a sucker for inspiring sports movies even if they are cheesy. This movie looked like a cut and paste of the Mighty Ducks so I wanted to give it a try. After watching it, I realized it has similarities but it is quite different as well.

The Flash (2023) has finally come out after years of waiting. I wasn't too sure what to make of this movie because of the length of time that it took to come out. Usually these movies don't pan out too well when they're put on development hell. This movie definitely has its ups and downs.

Night Court (2023): Season 1 has just finished airing and I have some mixed feelings about this show. I used to love the old show back in the 80s and 90s. There were a number of memorable characters and nostalgic memories of that show. Would this be a retread or reboot of the classic? Well, it's kind of a continuation of the old series but 30 years later.

My Review of "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts"
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts was somewhat on my radar for 2023. I regained an interest for the Transformers franchise after the Bumblebee movie. Hopefully they could still keep the momentum going with this newest iteration. I would say what they did was kind of a mixed bag but for the most part a well crafted new addition.

My Review of "Air"
Air one of the movies that I was anticipating for 2023 and I think I got what I expected. It's one of those movies that's based off a real story but the end result of the story is so well known that they can't put too many monkey wrenches into the mix. I imagine that they kind of handcuffed when they were trying to figure out how to make this story more sensationalized than what it really was.

My Review of "Grumpy Old Men"
Grumpy Old Men is a comedy that came out back in 1993. I remember watching it back then and liking it and wasn't too sure if this movie would be able to stand the test of time. Fortunately it was and made me have a new found appreciation for this movie.

My Review of "The Fabelmans"
The Fabelmans came out back in 2022 and it was hyped up because it was considered to be biographical to Steven Spielberg's own life. Though this might be true there are much more layers to this movie than that. The main character's interest in movie making takes a back step to the overall family drama happening around him.
