My Review of "Family Matters: Season 1"
Family Matters: Season 1 first aired back in 1989 and ended in 1990. It's a show that is over 30 years old and I have fond memories of this show. I remember the ABC network's TGIF (Thank Goodness It's Friday) shows. This is when they put on all of the classic family sitcoms Friday night like Family Matters, Full House, Perfect Strangers, Step by Step and the list goes on and on.

My Review of "The Bear: Season 2"
The Bear: Season 2 aired in 2023. That means I'm almost caught up. I loved the first season but it ended on a bit of a cliffhanger. This season is like the first season but on steroids. There's so much to unpack and so much to absorb in this season but I loved every single bit of it. Now I truly know why everyone is so obsessed with this TV show.

My Review of "Jurassic Park"
Jurassic Park is a classic monster movie that came out back in 1993. I remember when this first came out. In fact, I may have actually seen this movie in the theatres when it first came out. Obviously, I marveled at the special effects of this movie at the time. Though, there's more to this movie then a lot of eye popping visuals. This is a very well crafted movie with meticulous camera angles that really tell the story.

My Review of "Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F"
Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F recently came out this week and people on the internet are all talking about it. I wasn't sure why but this type of hype got me interested in watching it. Pleasantly, this wasn't the terrible sequel that we thought it was going to be. It was quite competent and it didn't feel like it was a straight to home video outing.

My Review of "American Ninja Warrior: Couples Championship 2024"
American Ninja Warrior: Couples Championship 2024 has finished. Again I'm late to the game. It was another entertaining episode but I kind of remember why these are somewhat forgettable but fun episodes. There's highs and lows to this but it also feels like a whole season all wrapped up into one episode.

My Review of "A Quiet Place: Day One"
A Quiet Place: Day One has just released in theatres. It is one of my hotly anticipated movies of the year. I loved the first two movies and I couldn't say no to seeing this movie right away in the theatres. One of the biggest draws is partly the audience ambiance when the intensity of the movie goes up. This movie is a lot of fun but there are certainly a ton of distractions as well.

My Review of "Twisted Metal: Season 1"
Twisted Metal: Season 1 aired back in 2023 and I'm only now getting a chance to finish watching it. There's just so many shows to watch that it's been put on the backburner until now. I'm familiar with the video game that it's based off of and that's why I got a little more enjoyment when it came to the final episodes of this show.

My Review of "American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 2024"
American Ninja Warrior: Women's Championship 2024 has aired and I'm a little late to the race. I've been following this championship since it's beginning four seasons ago and each year it continues to keep me captivated.

My Review of "Silver Linings Playbook"
Silver Linings Playbook came out back in 2012 but still holds up as one of the better romantic comedies that have come out in the past decade or two. I remember being dumbfounded at how good it was when I first saw it and I'm surprised that I still think it's so great today. It's a perfect mix of chaos and organized planning all in one.

My Review of "Ninja Assassin"
Ninja Assassin is an action movie that came out back in 2009. You have to consider when this movie came out. At the time they were just starting to use CGI to make action movies to look a lot crazier. This movie took it to another level and for some it came be a little too much. For me, I absolutely loved it.

My Review of "Hot Tub Time Machine 2"
Hot Tub Time Machine 2 came out back in 2015 and boy does it show. I remember loving the first movie so I thought at worse this would just be a rehash of the original. It isn't, though there were some fun ideas that they added into this one. There are a number of reasons why I didn't like this movie but it did have crazy potential.

My Review of "The Departed"
The Departed came out back in 2006. When I first saw this movie I thought it was a masterpiece. I loved everything about this movie and it became a little bit of a classic for me. Maybe due to the runtime of the movie, I haven't seen this movie for a long time. Though, I have seen it several times since it came out. I just haven't reviewed this movie through Vocal Media yet.
