Thank You Mr. Trump, You Did Great.
Dear Donald, I applaud you. No, I don’t intend for that to be taken sarcastically. I one-hundred percent mean it. While some may complain about your narcissism, your bluntness, your egotistical need for extreme validation. Im here to say Thank You and to validate you in a way that no one else probably will.

No, I Dont Want To Buy Your Black Lives Matter Or Martin Luther King Merchandise.
For years the racial injustice that African Americans have faced has been swept under the rug to be invalidated or ignored. We have been treated like nothing and then slammed for requiring common decency. As time passes and I see the world for what it is I also start seeing that everything that is given to us blacks has been solely to appease us in that time being. There are people who would say black lives matter only to also apply all lives matter in the same breath.

Where the Magic Happens
As an Anxious Introvert, that prefers to keep to myself over having lots of friends, my home is unconventional in its set up. Im a single mother of 2 boys ages 4 and 6. Early on I decided that I wasn't going to stress myself to keep up with what the world determined to be "normal". I currently stay in a 1 bedroom apartment. In order to make sure my kids got the experience of having their own space, and being able to decorate it how they'd like, I gave them the bedroom. With that being said I had to make due with the ultra small living room myself. So instead of couches and tables I have a futon for when guests come over (and to sleep on), a tv, and finally in the corner I have what my kids like to call the Pillow spot. In the pillow spot is where most of all of our best memories are created.

With 2020 finally behind us, it’s time to look forward to the next year that will hopefully be at least a little easier for us all. One way to ease into the new year is by putting on some of your favorite tunes and letting them take you away to another place. However, with a new year comes new music, and there are several artists that are primed to release some fantastic new tunes.

The Loving Humans Of Reddit
Like most Americans today I am anxiously awaiting my promised stimulus check. At a time where the world is upside down, along with our finances, many of America's people needed the financial boost that the stimulus would provide. As with everything they do, the IRS was very vague as to who would receive the stimulus checks via direct deposit first or the algorithm of which they use to send to the banks. Due to the lack of information A lot of people have taken to social media, blogs, and whatever online thread they can find to compare notes.

The Moments That Matter
I work for an essential business that services 80 percent of the city's population. My coworkers and I take thousands of calls a week assisting our customers so that they can continue being serviced during the pandemic. Our company decided to jump on what many customer service operations have now implemented in their business, "moments that matter". What happens is that we speak with a customer ( for whatever reason they are calling for) and during those calls a lot of customers share their current experiences and problems in their lives. When one stands out an employee sends a card and/or an extra gift just to remind our customers that we are here and that we understand. Below are a few stories that have touched my heart and showed me that there are really genuine loving people in the world.

Amazing Gifts for A Vegas Local
Living in Las Vegas some like to assume that everything that we do is pertaining to the strip and gambling, but there are some hidden gems here that people really miss out on. Due to Covid, Las Vegas was hit hard with the majority of the city either temporarily closed or shut down for good. So this Christmas I wanted to remind some locals of some great gift ideas that are still open during not only the holiday season but is also equipped to keep families safe during the pandemic.
