How The Gym Helped Me
There are many different hobbies and activities that help people relieve stress and that help them find happiness or peace in their life. What helped me find that inner peace and relieve stress was the gym. I never had a healthy diet nor did I ever include the idea of a simple exercise in my daily life. I always felt tired, I always felt bad about myself, my image, and I despised the way that I looked. I never liked taking pictures of myself, nor with anyone else, that being friends, family, or anyone else at all. My self esteem was so low that all I would put my focus on was work and school, nothing else, not even myself. I didn’t know how to love myself, how to put myself first and give myself the time and love that I needed to make myself feel better about myself. One day, I came across this girls Instagram page. She was all about fitness and helping women feel good about themselves no matter what size. I had followed her for so long until I finally decided to take a chance and ask her to be my fitness coach. That’s when, thanks to her, I realized that my love and passion for the gym is what I needed to help me learn how to love myself.

Becoming The Best Version of Myself
I know I write about this a lot and I talk about this a lot, but it is something that I truly believe is super important for everyone to keep in mind, and that topic is self-love and learning how to become the best version of yourself. This is something that we are not taught in school, and I’m sure that many of you can relate to me when I say that my parents never taught me about these type of things either. Don’t get me wrong, I love my parents very much and I am super appreciative of everything they have always done for me to this day, but if it is something that I wish they would have taught me more about is self-love and learning how to become the best version of myself. It has been a long and rough road, but I have loved it up to this day. I still am learning how to better myself to this day, and I feel like we all can still learn something new about ourselves no matter how much we think we know ourselves. I want to talk to you all about my experience and how I felt throughout the entire time I decided to make this big change for me, and I also hope to make a big enough impact to one of my readers where they decide to do this type of change for themselves as well.

A Healthier 2021 To Me
We all love and strive for a new year to start for many different reasons. Some might want the new year for new beginnings and new challenges they want to bring to themselves. Others want the new year to come to be able to move on from whatever it is that they are wanting to forget in the past year. But many of us, want the new year to start for new challenges and new goals that we have for ourselves. After the year that we all have had, I’m sure that there are many of you that can agree with me that this year is a good year to start new challenges and set new goals for ourselves to have healthier decisions and a better lifestyle.

Believe, Be Happy & Trust Love
When people think of doing a good deed, people think of buying a cup of coffee for the person behind them in line, or buying someone lunch, or by simply giving them something that they can really use or something that they really need. Although those are really good deeds that I know will make a huge impact in someone's day, because I have had that done for me before, and trust me, it truly made me feel so warm and happy inside, that I never thought someone would ever do it for me. I believe that giving someone their beliefs back, or their happiness, or simply an act of true kindness, like a simple smile, can truly change someone's life and make a huge impact. I believe that a simple act of true kindness can be a good deed for someone in need of it.

5 Things I Would Tell My Younger Self
When I was younger, I thought that the world was mine. I thought that every decision I decided to take, would not affect the future, every action I took, would not change my future, and even though with some of the decisions I made, it did not make a difference in my future, there are many actions and decisions that I took that I know my life would have been differently if I had known them or had someone to think wisely before taking those decisions. There are so many things that I wish I would have known when I was younger that I know would have helped me better myself for my future now. I know many of us young women go through similar struggles and situations that we would have wanted someone older to tell and warn us about, and I know that many young women go through it now. I want to be able to be that person for you and for whoever else needs it because I know that if I could go back in time and tell myself these 5 things, I would have been better prepared for life, relationships, and even learned how to be nicer to myself.

The Most Important Type of Love
When we think about love, we think about a soul mate, a significant other, someone that we spend our time with, share memories and laughs. But there's also that type of love where it's about spending time alone, learning to accept all your flaws and love the way you are. This is the most important type of love. Here are some tips and ways that helped me learn to love myself the best that I can and still continue to do so.
