Mirrors of the Mind
Mirrors of the Mind Adam Holden [email protected] As I observe and experience the world, I have come to realize that you are a reflection of myself, and perhaps you know me as well as I know you, even better than we know ourselves. This is because when I see you, and you see me, we cannot see ourselves. We cannot know ourself from outside our own entanglement with our will and our senses. If we consider ourselves inseparable, labeling the self as a part of humanity, then we can see ourselves much more clearly. Although we do glimpse ourselves in the world from time to time, mirrored in people’s responses and in the effects caused by our actions, so it is that we must see ourselves through the mirror of life. Depending on whether we are balanced and intelligent or otherwise virtually everything we perceive may be an illusion, because all of our impressions and even eye consciousness is filtered through our mental labels.

My Child’s Pure Perception
As children, everything is desirable. We don’t understand adult stress; we only know we want to grow up, to be one of them. We look ahead, we reach, we strive. But as the years roll on, innocence fades, replaced by responsibilities. Responsibilities breed doubt. Doubt breeds aversion. Aversion breeds clinging, Clinging to what, Do you know? We stop trying to experience life and start trying to be right. Then we spend our energy trying not to be wrong. Your Body is the Universe
We were born with a natural intelligence that is inherent to our being. This intelligence is not always clear to us because it competes with the multitude of other possibilities and distractions that life presents. However, by learning how to tune into this natural intelligence, this inner calling, we can begin to understand the essential nature of our existence. The Higher Happiness Discussion Group
The higher happiness is not higher because it is morally superior. It's higher because it's direct and embracing of all circumstances as it is not separate and permeates all realms. The lower happiness depends upon uncontrollable circumstances where as the higher happiness comprehends the nature of all realms and circumstances; therefore, it resolves all doubts and aspects of cynical, conflicting, denying feelings. The enlightened view includes all possibilities; therefore, everything is resolved. All misunderstandings naturally dissolve. Simply hearing about our potential removes clouds of delusions and immediately guides us towards a sense of feeling more complete. Therefore, this knowledge is essential. But those who deny enlightenment are defending their delusions through a feeling of guilt for not knowing the greater view. They feel they're not interested or don't want to know because they don't know the result. They have preconceptions that block the feeling of fulfillment, the truth, because they can't bear to admit they don't know the basic, fundamental truth and reality.

Flow Freely Through Realms of Existence by Understanding the Nature of Mind
Changing realms is an innate ability we all possess, though often unrealized. When we are caught up in the emotional moment perhaps feeling like we are in hell beset by conflict worry fears or desires how do we extract ourselves from these incredibly difficult and damaging mindsets that do long-term damage to our psychological health. To extract ourselves from the lower realms perhaps hell and transition between these realms to a higher realm perhaps compassionate or heavenly blissful, we must first be mindful of our current state, understanding that we have created the causes and through those causes we have navigated to the lower realms through cyclic thinking narratives worries that are all self-created due to the labels we attached to our experiences. We should understand that all realms are encompassed within the nature of consciousness and by comprehending this nature we can connect all realms in one conscious perspective, by doing this we are free to navigate between the realms and choose the experience’s is an quality of life we want to experience. As we evolve and understanding of this capacity we can develop a more subtle consciousness as we aspire and achieve existing in the higher realms.

The Enlightened Understanding of Dreams
Introduction Dreams exist at the intersection of the conscious and subconscious mind. In a balanced mind state, dreams do not manifest as unresolved mysteries that disturb or haunt the mind. Instead, they flow seamlessly as expressions of the subconscious, reflecting the quality of one’s mental continuum. The experiences within dreams are drawn from countless past lifetimes, with the most recent reflections appearing most vividly, yet they remain anchored within an ocean of subtle mental influences spanning across one's entire existence.
