Mini Superman Free Crochet Pattern
James Gunn's Superman was released in July 2025, and the world has been watching closely! As the creative wife of a self-proclaimed nerd, I have been getting into creating crochet patterns based on many of your favorite heros (and some villians are in the works as well)! So to all the rest of the fans out there with crafty relatives or significant others (or the crafter reading this), here is a simple pattern that works up in just a few hours that would make a SUPER surprise! Any size/texture yarn can be used, so it is completely up to you! I hope this free pattern makes you all as happy as it made my husband!

The Gravel Road. Content Warning.
~~~~~ Gravel crunches under my feet as the night sky opens above my head and stars wink in and out of existance. Crickets chirp and coyotes howl across the lake. The dark water ripples and frogs call to each other with echoing voices in the dark. Gravel crunches under my feet as the full moon sinks behind the trees and the sun rises over the world. Gravel crunches under my feet as curtians of willow branches are revealed in the light, waving in the gentle breeze. A bright blue sky emerges from the burnt orange sunrise and endless birds cry from their nests, hearlding the dawn into existance. Gravel crunches under my feet, as it has every night for the last week. An endless gravel pathway through an endless summer’s dream. The crunch of gravel fades under my feet as I awake in my bed once again, never reaching my destination.
