In an industry overflowing with club bangers and algorithm-chasing tracks, Zerevo offers something far more rare—music with a message. His latest single, “Take Me Higher,” releasing on July 4th via Deep3 Records, is a beautifully restrained melodic house journey designed to soothe, stir, and awaken. At its core, this is more than just a track it's a personal expression of spiritual elevation, created from a place of honest reflection.
A Sonic Space to Breathe
Set at 126 BPM, Take Me Higher invites listeners into a chill, contemplative soundscape where ambient textures and organic elements take center stage. Zerevo uses soft plucks, evolving atmospheric layers, and subtle field recordings waves, rain, fire pit crackles to construct an environment that feels deeply human, yet unmistakably electronic.
The track opens gently, building gradually into the first drop while allowing the listener to settle into its mysterious and calming aura. As the arrangement unfolds, dynamics become the key storyteller. The second drop introduces more intensity, with the background elements becoming bolder creating a sense of emotional movement without ever losing its meditative core.
“I paid a lot of attention to the dynamics,” Zerevo explains. “Especially in the second break it becomes very empty on purpose. I wanted the vocal to breathe. To create silence that speaks louder than noise.”
A Voice That Elevates
While the track was originally produced as an instrumental, it wasn’t long before Zerevo sensed that something deeper was waiting to emerge. He began crafting a spoken-word narrative for the breakdown a philosophical interlude meant to guide the listener inward. That idea soon evolved into a fully melodic vocal topline, transforming the track from ambient exploration into something emotionally anthemic. The label, Deep3 Records, agreed: the new vocal direction unlocked a new layer of resonance.
The final vocal delivered with a soothing yet commanding tone—carries themes of elevation, searching, and transcendence. Fittingly, the track’s original working title was “Meaning”, a reflection of Zerevo’s own internal journey at the time.

Born From Stillness
Interestingly, the creative process behind Take Me Higher began in a moment of personal stillness, not in a studio, but in a corner seat at Starbucks. “I was feeling a bit lost,” Zerevo shares. “Didn’t know what to work on. I opened FL Studio and the idea just started flowing. It felt natural. I wasn’t forcing anything. This was the first track I completed this year, and it means something deeper to me.”
That authenticity bleeds into the final product. There’s no excess, no forced energy just a genuine wave of emotion and sound, crafted for those late-night hours when thoughts get heavier and the world slows down.
Made for Anyone Who Feels
With a minimalist light blue visual identity, the cover art of Take Me Higher features two hands holding each other vertically one pulling the other upward. The symbolism is crystal clear: there is more to life than survival. There is meaning. There is ascent.
Musically, this isn’t just for house heads. While the DNA leans into melodic, deep, and chill house, the track’s structure and vocal accessibility make it equally appealing to pop fans and casual electronic listeners. Whether you’re into festival stages or bedroom introspection, Take Me Higher offers a midnight-safe space to reflect, feel, and realign.
No Gimmicks. Just Truth.
Take Me Higher is not designed for virality it’s designed for longevity. It’s music for those moments when you’re sitting alone, wondering what the hell this life is about and you just need to be reminded: there’s more. Always more.
