Zerevo 2025 Wrapped: A Year of Sound, Growth, and Creative Momentum as an Independent Artist
Zerevo: A Year of Steady Growth, Creative Refinement, and Global Reach (2025 Artist Recap)

2025 unfolded as a year shaped by instinct, patience, and a desire to grow in the right direction. There was no pressure to meet a fixed number of releases or chase specific milestones. The process stayed organic. “I never aim for a certain number of releases. If an idea flows, then we ride it” is the mindset that shaped the year.
Three solo singles found their place this year, two released under labels and one kept unreleased for now. The decision was not rooted in rejection or frustration. It was simply timing. “Lost In Space was rejected by a label, so I kept it. Maybe the right moment hasn’t arrived. Who knows.”
There was also a collaborative highlight, All To Me, created with longtime friend JNDST from the Netherlands. A release that came naturally, grounded in genuine artistic chemistry rather than forced productivity.

A Year of Careful Craft
2025 marked a clear technical leap. Every mix, every master, and every detail carried more intention. “I took production more carefully this year, aiming for bigger labels but more importantly improving myself. Cleaner mix, better mastering. That alone is a huge achievement for me.”
Numbers did not define the year, but the growth behind the sound did. There is still a sense of distance from the ideal version of Zerevo, and that distance is part of the motivation. “I’m still exploring my creative side, trying to find the style that represents me. I feel like I’m still far from peak Zerevo, and I trust the progress. Good things take time.”

Global Reach Quiet But Wide
The 2025 Wrapped numbers revealed how far the music traveled
- 72.2K listeners
- 142K streams
- 6,000 hours listened
- 157 countries reached

The music stretched across the map with top countries being Germany, Mexico, Brazil, the United States, and Spain.
Among the global numbers, one detail carried the most weight. Four listeners had Zerevo as their number one artist of the year. “That really means a lot. I’m preparing something special for them next year. I want to know who they are.”
Apple Music added more momentum with four chart placements, 89 radio spins, and Take Me Higher becoming one of the most Shazamed tracks of the year. The same track reached 25.5K listeners and 39K streams, standing out as one of the strongest releases.
Environment, Energy, and the People Who Spark Creativity
Consistency depends on more than discipline. Sometimes the right people appear at the right moment. The musical environment around Zerevo, especially friends like JNDST and AMRND, played a role during creative low points.
“There are times when ideas don’t come. Just idling, unproductive. That’s where friends show up and spark something.”
The upcoming January 2026 release, Yours Tonight, is a product of one of those moments.
“He handed me the vocal at a time I wasn’t producing. That alone sparked the soul again.”
Moments like these were just as meaningful as technical improvements or streaming achievements.

The Mindset of an Independent Artist
The biggest insight from 2025 came from understanding visibility.
“To be big, you need to put yourself out there. Engage with people. Create content. I haven’t really done that yet. I’m still figuring it out.”
Despite this, the music still found hundreds of thousands of listeners. Tracks created quietly in a bedroom reached listeners across continents, playlists, radio stations, and charts. Each track served as a reminder of how far the journey has already gone. “I cherish them every day. And it will continue that way.”

Looking Toward 2026
There is a calm confidence in the way Zerevo views the upcoming year. No forced expectations, just a strong instinct that the next chapter will be bigger.
“I have a gut feeling 2026 is going to be amazing. I’m hyped, excited, resilient, and ready. I’ll keep my roots, but I’ll top things with more experimentation. Variant and playful, that’s how I like things to be.”
2025 was not loud. It was not rushed. It was not driven by pressure.
It was a year of growth, technically and creatively, and a year that set the foundation for what is coming next.
