Tomato Soup Jain

Ingredients

For two people

250 grams red large sweet tomatoes

2 tablespoons peeled butternut squash

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

Amount of salt

Cooking instructions

Wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces. Then cut the butternut squash into pieces. Wash all these things and put them in the cooker to boil. Turn off the gas after four whistles.

When the tomatoes cool down, grind them in a mixer and swallow them. Then put them in a pan to boil. Then add salt, sugar and pepper powder as per your choice. And let the soup boil for five to seven minutes.

Take fresh cream in a bowl

Stir it well with a spoon. And take the prepared soup in a bowl, spread the fresh cream evenly on it with a spoon.

Your tasty tomato soup is ready.
