The Energy That Created The Thermal Body Collection

The Thermal Body Collection began when I realized that energy never leaves us. It only moves. It changes form, it changes color, but it always tells the truth. I wanted to paint that truth. I wanted to capture what emotion looks like when it lives inside the body.

When I started this series I was going through a shift. I felt everything at once. Peace, pressure, purpose. I could not find the words for it so I turned to color. Red became my power. Blue became calm. Gold became the light that reminded me to keep going. Each piece became a reflection of what I was feeling in that moment.

This collection taught me that heat is not just temperature. It is presence. It is emotion. It is memory. The body remembers joy and pain the same way it remembers touch. I wanted to show that through every brushstroke.

The Thermal Body Collection is my way of saying that energy is sacred. It does not lie. It shows us where we are, what we need, and what still burns inside us.

I paint warmth because it reminds me that I am still alive.
