Coriander Uttapam Jain

Ingredients

2 persons

1 cup finely chopped coriander leaves

1 cup rava

1/2 cup curd

1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 sprig sweet neem finely chopped

2 green chillies finely chopped

Salt to taste

Oil or ghee as required

Cooking instructions

Add beaten curd, finely chopped chillies, finely chopped sweet neem, cumin seeds, coriander seeds and salt to rava, add water as required and mix everything well to prepare the kheer. Cover this kheer and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Heat a thick pan well. Then sprinkle water on it and wipe it. Then spread the prepared kheer on it and add ghee or oil and fry it on both sides.
