Childhood is a short season
In sunlight glades where laughter soared, We danced on dreams, our spirits roared. With whispered secrets, we’d confide, In treehouse realms, our hearts would hide.
The taste of summer, sweet and bright, Chasing shadows, till the night. Kites soared high on winds so free, In every moment, eternity.
Time, a friend, would pause its flight, In games of tag, we’d chase the light. With painted skies and wildflower crowns, Childhood’s magic forever resound.

My first time writing my first poem Then I thought of taking it back to the childhood days cause it’s a precious memory that needs to be remembered and cherished And also we are forever young 🥹
