I love the one whose name, when it crosses my soul,
Makes patience fall and joy arise.
The one I never hesitated to choose,
And if given a thousand hearts—I’d still deny them all.
When my chest grows tight, she becomes my entire world,
And when she smiles, time itself leans closer.
She is the promise when nights betray my hopes,
She is the truth when the world decides to lie.
So tell the blamers: enough, be still—
My heart is hers, and it no longer turns away.
