*Is it very uncomfortable?*

*Stressed?*

Is there any worry about sadness? Or is it just a habit of worrying? It may also happen that you get a headache. It is not that you keep turning all night due to mental unrest. Come on, whatever it is, we tell you 5 combined ways to keep the mind calm.

✡ *Do these three pranayamas:* Make Chandrabhedi, Suryabhedi and Bhramari Pranayama a part of your routine. It can be learned easily.

✡ *Yoga postures:* Yoga asanas, Janu Shirshasana, Supatavajrasana, Pavamuktasana, Paschimottanasana, Uttarasana, Brahmamudra or daily Surya Namaskar.

✡ *Meditate:* If you cannot do any of the above, meditate for 10 minutes every day.

✡ *Exhalation Exclamation:* If you can't do any of the above, do this exhalation step. First take the cool breath to your stomach. Then hold it for twice as long and exhale it there until you reach the end. Do this at least 10 times.

✡ *Yoga Nidra:* Do Pranayama and meditation for five minutes every day. If you want, you can take a 20-minute yoga nap, during which you can listen to interesting music and enjoy it to the fullest. If you practice Yoga Nidra every day, it will prove to be a panacea.

✡ *Restrictions:* Some people have to impose restrictions on themselves. Think about why you think too much. Why do you keep duality in the mind? Why do you keep your breath up and down, why don't you breathe deeply? Why do the face and eyes become tense? Why do you form wrinkles on the scalp? What are you nervous about after all? What else is there that troubles your mind other than anxiety and fear?

Understand all this and take preventive measures against yourself, because 'you' are superior and far away from your brain and all its activities. Think a little differently.
