Introduction
Sometimes people ask me how I do so much on Vocal, and in the Vocal Group I administer (and the others I support administratively) and I am not too sure.
I know others can multitask, but I have difficulty and always try and set structures for doing things.
The music is "A Little Time" by The Beautiful South.
Time And Me
I tend to sleep for about six hours, which is a quarter of my day, sometimes it is less. I know other people need eight to twelve hours sleep and I remember that I often used to spend most of the day in bed at weekends, maybe that was because I spent so much time travelling during the week.
After a day off yesterday, I came back to a lot of things to do and that increases my stress levels slightly, but I managed to prioritise and then deal with them one thing after another.
Each month, I run a challenge and publish a list of unofficial Vocal Challenges, but I create these the week before and publish them when they are due.
In the Vocal Social Society I schedule weekly events, which gives me plenty of time to do things.
Conclusion
Basically, I seem to do so many things because I have procedures and schedules.
I create a lot of poetry using defined formats, and often my pieces have a defined form. If you saw a poem of mine without my name on you would know it's one of mine.
Thank you for reading, so now you know what I seem to be able to do so much.

Nothing like a list or procedure to schedule your day-to-day life. I always work from a list.
Keep up the good work, Mike. It seems like you are one very organized person in many respects that enjoys what he does. Good job.
