To the ones January has not been kind to
To the ones January has not been kind to Hey there stranger, I hope you realize how amazing you are and how beautiful the world is because of you in it. This one is for you if January has not been kind to you. I know right now all you feel is how the darkness that surrounds knows no end, and the light that you are so desperately and intently searching for seems to lose its way in the dreariness of despair. I know all you long right now is a moment of peace and this month has constantly put you on the edge of your sanity. January has not been your month, all it has done is test your strength and remind you that you need to keep it all together. Life in its entirety has plonked you into the land of uncertainty, and all you yearn for is to be lost in a land where you cannot be found, only to be rescued with the warmth of love and a warm cup of coffee.

Keep Going Until I Make it Big
For the past six years since I have been on Vocal Media, I have published poetry, excerpt scripts, music critiques, film and TV critiques, biographies, celebrities, where are they now stories, true crime stories, personal stories, gadgets, tech, and history. Before I signed up on Vocal Media, I was unemployed and an aspiring writer trying to find a writing gig just to get my work to be noticed. I had completed my first play which had been unproduced and I was a stay-at-home single mother to my loving autistic son Xavier.

Romanticisation And Trivialization Of Mental Health
Romanticisation And Trivialization Of Mental Health Romanticisation of mental health Generation Z has made it clear that they consider themselves one of if not the most open generation. This is not surprising as they grew up in the age of technology, with so much information at their fingertips. This allowed them to have different perspectives on issues at an early age, making them more likely to discuss them openly. Specifically, Gen Z has widened the gap between mental health and stigma, with 27% able to report their mental health as fair or poor (Bethune). Although the destruction of mental health is a big step forward, it also brought a new problem: the love of mental illness. For many, the internet has become a way to cope with their mental illness, allowing for open discussion on topics such as depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. However, the Internet has created a place for people to think about mental illness.
