To succeed here on this place, you must focus on your read ratio, not just your views.

According to the platform, a read ratio between 20% and 50% is ideal, but anything above that is excellent.

However, if your read ratio falls below 50%, don't worry; it is still a good sign and presents an opportunity for improvement.

Generally, achieving a higher read ratio with shorter posts is easier. However, getting a ratio above 50% on longer articles indicates that you're doing something right and should keep experimenting with different post lengths.

Some writers here have achieved an incredible read ratio of 90% to 100% on some posts, which is an excellent opportunity to learn what makes a post addictive.

As a new author, my current read ratio is currently around 56%, which is considered good too.

However, there is still room for improvement, but I am happy to have readers who enjoy my posts, even if some could perform better.

It's important to remember that the read ratio is just one piece of the puzzle. Most importantly, you enjoy writing and learning from others as much as possible. So keep writing, experimenting, and learning; success will follow.
