The Simple Daily Writing Routine that Helps Me Write without Burnout
Never Lack what to Write
I published over 5 articles in just seven days the first time I started writing here. I've been writing daily and how I'm able to do this will blow your mind.
Here is how I Do It!
I set daily writing priorities:Â
I dedicate the time to writing one, two, or even more articles and schedule them for the right time.
What secret do I always employ?
My writing secrets are primarily focused on two components.
Firstly, I'm always ready for each day to come by, so I always prepare myself ahead of the next day. This has to do with timing yourself and eliminating procrastination.
Setting plans for the next day is simple for me. I've always had a lot of story titles ready in my word box, so I can handle what to write. I get these titles in my free time through inspiration or other works I've read.
Each time an Idea flashes through my mind, I always write it down in my diary or phone note application. This helps me a lot not to lack titles to write on.
Secondly, I set my writing goals.
Setting goals helps you ascertain your achievement, so I set my goal exactly after getting a title to write on.
For instance, if your target words for this writing are 400 to 500 words, you can narrow the topic to a specific target or idea of the content of your article.
Writing this way is more straightforward because you know when to end your article and when you need to add more info on your .
Here is the scary Part
You might not be able to follow my style, but don't worry if you can't write or publish on certain days.
This could be Part of the journey (Not being able to post consistently, but it is okay). I usually update these one post/day.
I could not meet this standard a couple of days ago, so I skipped my posting schedule for that day. ( I felt like it was the end of the world to me…lol, and this was because I had been writing every day for over a week now)
And you know what?Â
Well, nothing significant happened!
By then, I had already gotten some fresh air and bright ideas, and within just two days, I had written two new stories. So it's good to take breaks sometimes.
Consistent writing is a good practice, but the art of taking breaks is better. Take note of this.
Just refresh your mind a bit & share new ideas. Then come back to do an exploit!
