In Safety Circle, therefore, we do not have Safety as a value, but the Value of Safety. As the safety training and consultancy services provider, we always strive to create awareness among people regarding safe practices at workplaces and on the roads. Two significant events in this mission are National Safety Week and National Road Safety Week which go a long way in carving a safety-conscious society. Now let’s take a closer look at these initiatives and see how Safety Circle can help.

Understanding National Safety Week

National Safety Week is observed every year in India from 4th March to 10th March annually. The purpose of this kind of campaign is to ensure that industries and workplaces learn about safety, health, and the environment (SHE), and to minimize the chances of accidents. Initiated by the National Safety Council, the week promotes the usage of recommended safety measures and supports an organizational culture that puts foremost importance on the safety of the employees.

Therefore, at Safety Circle, we appreciate National Safety Week by offering key training programs, safety activities, and even safe-themed workshops. They assist organizations in developing environments that are free from accidents and building strong safety measures. It covers the many areas of safety such as hazard identification and emergency preparedness for various sectors within the organization.

National Road Safety Week: Prioritizing Safety on the Roads

It is widely known that National Road Safety Week is held annually in January and aims at driving people’s awareness of traffic safety, preventing the occurrence of traffic accidents, and thereby, saving people’s lives. Since road accidents have become one of the key causalities to life around the globe, the annual event of National Road Safety Week informs and compels car/vehicle owners and drivers to be careful and follow traffic rules and regulations as well as other important safety measures such as wearing helmets and seat belts.

Each year, National Road Safety Week is observed and during this time, Safety Circle collaborates with other organizations as well as communities to provide practical training and demonstration of exercises that promote; defensive driving plus awareness creation on the effects of speeding, distracted drive and during drive, and impaired drive. We believe that it is possible to modify the behavioral patterns used by both drivers and pedestrians when on the road, to make better and safer choices.

How Safety Circle Supports These Initiatives

But at Safety Circle we disagree with the notion that safety is an individual responsibility. Our approach is to develop preventive and anticipatory safety measures for our employees and/ or organizational vehicles. Here’s how we actively support both National Safety Week and National Road Safety Week:

  1. Customized Training Programs: Our training programs are designed to address the safety requirements of industries and road users adequately. Safety training and information service are among our key specialties which include concepting the safety management systems and training employees in managing risks, fire safety, and first aid.
  2. Awareness Campaigns: These are safety weeks for which we embark on public educational campaigns in a bid to ensure that people learn the importance of safety. These aspects range from sharing information on various online platforms to physical distribution of information on the ground.
  3. Safety Audits and Inspections: By conducting safety risk surveys, we can identify risks that exist in workplaces and roads and provide plausible ways of improving safety standards.
  4. Safety Products and Equipment: We also offer quality protection wear mainly for organizations & companies, and traffic control wear such as reflectorized vests, helmets, and belt checkers for motorists.

Conclusion

As National Safety Week and National Road Safety Week continue to gain momentum, Safety Circle remains committed to championing these causes. By fostering a culture of safety and responsibility, we strive to make workplaces and roads safer for everyone.

Together, let’s build a future where safety is always the top priority!
