How Safety Circle is Raising Awareness During Road Safety Week 2025

Road Safety Week is an annual event observed with the aim of spreading awareness related to safe driving and reducing the number of incidents on roads. In 2024, Safety Circle is pleased to be part of this initiative by participating in raising awareness among Drivers about road safety through educational programs, teaching materials and public mobilization actions.

At Safety Circle, road safety is not just something we do for a few weeks by putting up posters – it’s a way of life and a world we work to keep safe for 365 days. This commitment is increased to another level during Road Safety Week wherein we increase our publicity of important information and tips that need to be followed on the road as a driver, cyclist, or pedestrian.

In India, there are a large number of people who get killed or injured in road accidents and this is a clear indication that many of these accidents could have been prevented were people to stick to the provided traffic regulations. What Safety Circle is Doing for Road Safety Week 2025

• Workshops & Training Sessions: Students of Safety Circle will be able to attend focused workshops to investigate general road safety precautions, proper driving behavior, and reactions to emergencies. These sessions are meant for both the companies and personalities so that employees and everyone using the roads can know their part in making the roads safer.
• Awareness Campaigns: During Road Safety Week, we have activities for both online and offline advertising and sensitization via our Safety Circle. Whether it is through posting an informative picture of an infographic or even talking to the public about trending topics via our social media handles, the idea is to make information on the roads as safe for everyone as easy as possible.
• Collaborations with Schools and Corporates: That is why we think that Road Safety education should begin right from an early age. Children out on the streets will be safely educated when Safety Circle collaborates with schools and educational institutions. However, we will also implement exercises with the corporates to embrace road safety into their health and safety plans.
• Community Engagement Events: To enhance this awareness, FSF will engage in social activities like the Road safety checkpoint, which involves giving out safety information and insisting on road safety among the community.

How You Can Participate

Road Safety Week 2025 is more than just reading about the subject – it is about doing something about it. Here’s how you can contribute:

1. Practice Safe Driving: Adhere to speed limit regulations, avoid using mobile phones while driving, and ensure you are always strapped in seat belts.
