The Art of Living with Purpose

Life is a journey where we all have opportunities, challenges and experiences that mold us into who are. Dispose of something that provides motivation, and you are potentially lost on this journey by going through it blindly. One of the motivating forces that keep me going is reminding myself that every day is a fresh start. However, irrespective of what has come and gone by the score, everyday offers a new possibility to make a fresh start and aim higher at goals set and dreams envisioned.

Accepting that life is not without its challenges can be a step toward liberation. Every challenge we encounter is a chance for us to develop and expand our consciousness. We need to learn how to change the angle of our lens from obstacles, and viewing them as stepping stones. Resiliency… Resilience allows us to bounce back stronger, applied by shape-shifting the insights gained as fuel that catapults us—forward!

Another motivator is surrounding yourself with positive energy. We surround ourselves with others that inspire us, bring out the best in us and hold a space that encourages greatness. As we know, we are the average of the five people that spend most time with, choose them wisely.

In fact, visual disciplinary there are so many ways visualization is important to motivation. Visualise your goals and literally picture yourself achieving them. Fuel: Mental pictures that get you pumped up to take action on your dreams. Also, noting little milestones throughout lets us know we are on track and that every step we take is significant.

The truth is, motivation is not about arriving at a destination — it is to embrace the journey. The canvas of life; you are the artist One painted with courage, determination and hope. Have faith in yourself, trust the journey, and know that you are more than capable of designing a happy, meaningful life! Any moment to be bright and shinny!
