The Most Alluring Place In Canada I've Been To As A Child
A little bit about Gananoque and why I recommend you visit after the pandemic! This small Ontario town in the Leeds and Grenville vicinity is one of the most popular places for summer tourists! Gananoque is the entry to the Thousand Islands and is internationally acknowledged as one of the most enchanting waterfront communities. Gananoque, also known as the Noq, the Gan and the Gateway to the Thousand Islands is a phenomenal destination for people from all walks of life, including business professionals and residents, not just tourists. Just like in urban cities like Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto, Gananoque has tons of restaurants for people to dine in, all kinds of indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy with friends and family, stores to shop in as well as places to stay in. If you prefer towns and villages over major cities, Gananoque is a perfect place to escape from the city and give yourselves a pleasant vacation in the beauty of nature! You can make many beautiful memories during your stay in Gananoque, Ontario!

Tourists, Bears, and Not a Poet in Sight
From the weather-swollen planks of the picnic table, I watch them come up from the lake. Sometimes alone. More usually in groups. Young couples give way to young families, followed by squawking teenagers. At the back, old people cling to one another, taking their time on the slow rise to the car park.

Ghosts, Gold, and Gratitude in BC’s Most Popular Park. Top Story - June 2021.
As soon as I climbed into the boat, I knew it was a mistake. Not all kayaks are created equal. Some are heavy and slow, but almost untippable. Others are light and fast and precarious. Ever the gentleman, I let my wife’s nervousness convince me to offer her the steadier kayak. And while she paddled off contentedly over the lake’s green water, I launched myself from the beach and almost instantly capsized.

Know the reasons for denial for Canadian PR application
A Permanent Resident is someone who is not a Canadian Citizen but gets a Permanent Resident status by the Canadian Government. Permanent Residents do not have the right to vote or run for political office and hold the jobs that require a high-level security clearance, however, they possess the right to get health care coverage like Canadian citizens, reside, study or work anywhere in Canada, apply for Canadian citizenship, protection under Canadian law and the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Student visa consultants in Ludhiana- Punjab, Delhi in Indiarevealed that PR holders have to pay taxes and follow all Canadian laws at the federal, provincial, and municipal levels. To keep your PR status active you must have been in Canada for at least 730 days during the last five years. Travel Journal is an easy way to record your tours outside Canada. You may download the travel journal application to help you recall your trips.

Brown-Lowery Provincial Park
Since Covid-19 made its appearance in 2019, many changes continue to be made to our everyday world. We recently heard on the news that Kananaskis Country will now be placing a fee for visiting there, and you can pay either by the day or buy a yearly pass. This is if the Land Amendments Act (Bill 64) passes which it probably will. Right now the fees don't seem to be a large amount; but as we know once the hooks are in, they only grow. I have always used the mountains as my escape from the city and harshness of city life, and last year went hiking weekly from June till November, so this news was not the most welcome I've ever heard.

The Wilderness Belongs to the Weird
The stones are quiet here When I sat like this on the beach in Nice, the stones growled and cracked and rumbled like placid thunder. I sat with my back to the Promenade where the murders happened and watched the sun merge with its own watery reflection. The round pebbles sang with each departing wave.

Ghosts of the Green World: A Paddle Through BC’s Past
“Hey!” My voice bounced back from the corroded concrete of the low bridge above the water. Not the best echo I’ve ever heard, but something. A reflection of sound like the reflection of light shining in a thousand tiny pockets of the water’s surface. And if light was as slow as sound, or if our eyes were quicker, the whole world would echo whenever we looked at it.

Visiting the Ghost Forest: Exploring Golden Ears Provincial Park
A horse splashed along the beach There were three of them, clustered together at one end of the lake next to the hydroelectric dam. Water churned and splashed around the hooves of the white horse as it playfully kicked, stray beads leaping up to cling to the animal’s skin.
