My Float & Flow Yoga Experience at Kandooma Maldives
A Unique Yoga Experience on the Water at Kandooma Maldives

One of the best experiences I had at Kandooma Maldives was the Float & Flow Yoga session. Picture yourself doing yoga on a stand-up paddleboard, floating on calm, clear waters. It was such a relaxing and fun way to connect with nature.
The SUP Yoga Dock was arranged in a beautiful shape, like a flower with eight petals, each petal holding a paddleboard, and the instructor, Courtney, was at the centre. The peaceful water and the gentle movement of the boards made the whole session feel so serene.
The class lasted 60 minutes, and it was perfect for everyone, whether you're a yoga expert or a beginner. I wore comfortable yoga clothes (or swimwear, since we were on the water) and enjoyed every moment, even when I splashed a little!
Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays at 10:00 am. It's a small group, which makes the experience feel even more special. I also decided to get some drone photos and videos to remember the day.
Before the session, we had a quick pre-activity briefing at the Perfect Wave Surf Shop, just a 10-minute heads-up before getting started. If you’re looking for a unique and peaceful experience, I highly recommend this!
