Majestic Rundales Palace
This is a beautiful and magnificent Baroque style palace located in Latvia in the Rundales district Pilsrundale. It was designed by a Russian architect of Italian descent Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli. It took from 1736 to 1768 to build this castle and it became the summer residence of the Kurzeme (this region was also known as Courland, so Biron was called the Duke of Courland) region, Duke Ernst Johann von Biron. Within Rundales Palace territory there are also many additional buildings and a large park. Since 1972 the Rundales Palace Museum can be visited and there have been many restorations done on this castle to make it look like it did in the 18th century.

Walking or Sauntering?
During the experimentation process, Henry Thoreau described the beauty and freedom of living a simple and independent lifestyle away from the common herd of men. His self cultivation process focused on his inner self and aligned best with striving to achieve wisdom, contentment, freedom, and tranquility. In solitude and nature, he was able to make sense of his identity, and meditate on the extensive problems of living and existing in the world. Thoreauvian’s model of immersing oneself with nature is proposed in his writings, and challenges one to reflect on both the act of walking, and one’s relationship with nature. The kernel of self cultivation is present in his writings and experiment as he purposefully withdraws from his external obligations of society and attends his internal arena in order to amplify his spiritual connection with nature. Hence, one will reference Thoreau’s excerpt titled, "Walking," to highlight his interpretation of the significance and art of walking as a means to self cultivate his inner state of being.

10 Space-Saving Packing Hacks You Need to Know
Whenever I headed back to college, I always found it to be the biggest struggle to pack my necessities. I bring a ton of my belongings because I attend college in a different state so I stuff my luggage. I was also the worst packer ever because I'd actually throw everything into my luggage and try to zip it closed. The majority of the time, I had to bring extra bags because I couldn't make enough space for other things. I hated bringing so many bags because they were a total pain to drag them through the airport and around campus.

6,000 Miles
Guam is a small island. It consists of 210 square miles, approximately 170,000 people, and most importantly, my family. Guam is my home, culture, the place I knew everything about. We grew up a day ahead of the United States. We were, after all, where America’s day begins. And yet, we were barely considered Americans.

Cyclists on Trains: An Epidemic
Roughly 1.7 billion passenger journeys are recorded nationally on trains every year, but it only takes one passenger to be the prick bringing his bike onto the train. Now I realise that cycling has grown in popularity since the Olympic success and bumbling Boris pushing for a fitter nation (advice he himself has clearly not taken on) but if one has the desire to bike to their desired destination, then I recommend making that the entire journey.
