How The Star Wars Starcruiser Hotel Will Be Hidden From Plain Sight
We have come a really long way. When Disney bought Star Wars in 2012, people wondered about how this would affect the franchise. One obvious guess at the time would have been the expansion of more things related to Star Wars at the Disney parks. We have since seen the creation and completion of Galaxy's Edge, a portion of the parks that makes one feel that they are within the Star Wars galaxy, even with Black Spire Outpost being on Batuu, a planet that was, by and large, unfamiliar all the fans. It would have been easy to model Galaxy's Edge after Mos Eisley, but the people behind Galaxy's Edge figured out how to make this place feel like Star Wars.

Her Flight
Who would have thought it would be a life-changing event. One that would have her rethink and take a deeper look at herself. She thought it would be a simple solo adventure and anticipated no real excitement to come out of it, boy was she wrong. It started when she arrived at the airport, after checking her baggage, she slipped into a cozy airport chair awaiting her flight to begin boarding. Her first time in 1st class should be thrilling she thought. She remembered how in movies 1st class meant royalty and prestige. She thought it would be an excellent birthday present to herself to be among those who drink champagne and eat caviar.

Kindness Across Countries
I am a donkey. Well, I am as stubborn as one, at least. From a young age, I had always wanted to go on a mission trip to provide aid to those in third-world countries. I had tried to go to Mexico several times, but the political turmoil there prevented me from being allowed to go throughout my teenage years.

Freckles Abroad
It has been a weirdly eventful year, considering all the quarantines. For me, the most exciting half has been this last one. True, I haven't left my “flat” much in the past few months, but I've made a slew of new friends and I've already seen more of London than I knew existed.

My Dream Destination: the Philippines
Forever and ever, there was another place in Asia that I had the desire to visit: the Philippines. Throughout my life, I lived in neighbourhoods where Filipino immigrants resided and worked as nurses, nannies, personal care attendants, cashiers, food service workers and operated their own Filipino supermarkets. I also went to school and made friends with several Filipino children during my youth that I still keep in touch with in my adulthood. By hearing them speak Tagalog, eating their national foods, visiting a bunch of Filipino stores in my area, watching Filipino TV shows like Wowowee as a child, listening to Filipino music, and learning about their culture, I gradually developed an interest to tour the Philippines in the future. It became a dream that I refused to relinquish.
