"Just Relax" Doesn't Work
I've gone to the doctors many a times gotten enough tests to not want to go to the doctors anymore. About a year ago I was officially diagnosed with PCOS. Don't get me wrong it was nice to finally know what was going on with my body and know somewhat what I have to do to control it but there isn't an official manual on how to navigate it all.

Gathering the Girls : How to Create a Women's Circle
Leaving the bookshop in an early evening dusk I had a sense of calm and determination. The last hour had consisted of belly laughs, snacks, discovery, tears, sharing, and understanding. I had held space with six other women, who over the last couple of months had grown from good acquaintances to dear friends, thanks to these hours of intention we had been spending together.
