Attitude: The Lens Through Which We See the World
How Shifting Your Perspective Can Transform Your Life and Relationships

Imagine that while trekking with your four friends, you encounter a small river during the journey. The river is small but a bit deep. You observe your friends and their reactions to the river at that moment.
The first friend gets excited upon seeing the river. “Wow! I have to jump over this! To cross it, I need to create something.” This is the first type of person.
The second friend thinks, “I have to cross the river. Okay, it must be done; there’s no other choice. We are on a trek, so backing out is not an option.” He looks for an alternate way and crosses the river.
The third one is a girl who gets slightly irritated. “We were having so much fun, and now this river suddenly appears! I have to cross it again. My shoes might get wet, I might feel cold — this might happen, that might happen.” But after complaining, she still crosses the river.
The fourth one gets extremely angry and starts cursing. “This is why I don’t come! It’s all because of you guys!” He refuses to cross the river and throws a tantrum, crying and shouting.
When the main trekking team is called, that boy returns with them. He does not proceed with the trek.
Doesn’t this mean that we all wear a lens through which we see the world? And that lens is called attitude.
So, what exactly does attitude mean in detail?
Attitude is a tendency to respond positively or negatively toward a certain idea, object, person, or situation. In simple terms, various factors shape how we view, perceive, and react to things, people, and situations.
The example I just gave you relates to one of my favorite psychologists, Carl Jung, and his archetype models. The simple meaning of an archetype is a typical example that represents common patterns found in many people.
Let’s make this more relatable.
Now, let’s dive deeper and understand the two major components that determine your attitude toward people, situations, and circumstances.
The Two Factors That Shape Your Attitude
1. Your Belief System
What is it? Let me explain.
Now, I want you to engage with me. I’m going to say two words, and as soon as you hear them, tell me the first five thoughts that come to your mind. This engagement is necessary because I don’t want this to feel like a boring blog. I want you to deeply connect with the concept because I see all of you as rebels, not just simple readers.
So, the two words are: Online Business
Now, pause for a moment and think.
If you have given it some thought, certain common words might have popped up in your mind, like:
- Competitive
- Industry
- Digital Marketing
- Scam
- Fake Money
- Too much success
These are just examples, but they reflect how our belief system influences our attitude.
Many people have created wealth through online business.
The moment you hear “online business,” your mind starts generating multiple thoughts. This is what we call your belief system or credence system.
It means that, based on certain past experiences, information, or influences, you have built mental stories and prototypes in your mind. As soon as you see or hear something related to those, you automatically label it a certain way.
For example, when you hear “online business,” your mind might instantly associate it with:
- Scams
- Fake money
- Risky investments
- Success stories
But here’s where the second component comes in.
2. Your Rebellious Mindset
Not everyone stays stuck in their belief system. Some people act like rebels — they question things instead of blindly accepting them.
For example, when I started my Blogger account, MI Legends Hub, I heard people saying that they could earn 5 lakh per month through blogging and content monetization. Initially, I had doubts just like everyone else — wondering if blogging was truly a reliable source of income or just another online myth.
But then I asked myself: What is stopping me?
- Why do people lose trust in online businesses?
- Why are some people failing, while others are succeeding?
- What exactly are successful people doing differently?
By questioning the norms and seeking new answers, I began seeing things with a Positive mindset.
Why Only 20% of People Make 80% of the Money in the Market?
I observed a pattern in the market — 80% of people struggle, while only 20% dominate and earn most of the money. So, I started questioning:
- Why does the majority (80%) fail?
- What is the 20% doing differently to succeed?
When I broke this down, I realized that a successful blogger needs a combination of the following key elements:
SEO-Optimized Blog — A blog that ranks on search engines and attracts organic traffic.
High-Quality Organic & Inorganic Traffic — A steady flow of readers visiting the blog.
Effective Monetization Strategies — Smart use of Google AdSense, affiliate marketing, and sponsored posts.
Engaging & Persuasive Content — Writing that captivates readers and keeps them coming back.
Psychological Understanding of Readers — Knowing what type of content the audience prefers.
Unique & Valuable Niche — Choosing a topic that is trending yet has low competition.
Strong Branding & Authority — Establishing the blog as a reliable and trustworthy source.
Once I identified these pain points, I took a rebellious approach — instead of following the crowd, I questioned the existing methods, refined my strategies, and created a system that delivered real results.
Now, MI Legends Hub is attracting more people and making every effort to achieve monetization. At first, I lost hope, thinking that I couldn’t do it. But then, I changed my attitude, started struggling, and made it my goal to turn MI Legends Hub into a successful and thriving blog.
Beliefs Shape Your Attitude — But Are They Yours?
From childhood, society, parents, and surroundings implant beliefs in our minds. For example:
- If you don’t score 95% in exams, you won’t be successful.
- If you don’t go into engineering, you won’t have a good future.
- If you’re a girl, you must become a doctor.
- Entrepreneurship is risky and full of scams.
These beliefs limit us. We start accepting them as truth without questioning. But a rebel questions everything!
Example:
Imagine two kids growing up in different environments:
Kid 1: His father works on a laptop daily, earns well, fails but learns, and grows. This child sees coding, social media, and content creation as the future.
Kid 2: His father warns, “Stay away from laptops; it’s a waste of time!” He grows up believing technology is useless and risky.
Same laptop. Different attitudes. Why? Because of belief systems!
Lesson
If you never question what you’ve been taught, you’ll stay stuck in outdated beliefs.
Rebel doesn’t blindly accept; they analyze, test, and create their own beliefs.
Are you questioning your beliefs or just accepting them?
Your Beliefs Define Your Future
Two people, same circumstances, but completely different mindsets — one sees opportunity, the other sees barriers.
Person 1: “Laptops are the future! If I use my brain instead of manual labor, I can grow fast.”
Person 2: “My dad spends too much time on his laptop and ignores the family. I’ll never do that!”
Same laptop, different attitudes. One will rise, and the other will limit himself.
Mindset Shapes Your Path
If your beliefs aren’t strong, you’ll quit after just 2 hours of deep work, thinking:
“This is too hard!”
But if your beliefs are clear, you’ll push through and achieve success.
Your role models matter. If you look up to mediocre people, your goals will be small.
The question is: Are you choosing winners as your role models, or just following the crowd?
Your Attitude Determines Your Destiny
“Is working just 2 hours enough?”
If your heroes work 10–12 hours and still feel active, what will you think?
“I should do the same!”
Your attitude is shaped by your heroes.
If you take the right inspiration and develop the right attitude, your results will also be great!
2 Factors That Shape Your Attitude
1. Genetic Code:
Some people are naturally aggressive, while others always smile. These traits come automatically in childhood until we become conscious of them.
2. Surroundings (Environment):
If a child grows up in a negative environment — constant fights, abusive language, violence…..Their mind also starts shaping that way, unless they consciously choose better heroes.
Message:
If you follow the right people, your future will be bright.
If you stay in a negative environment without questioning it, your attitude will reflect that negativity.
Now, the real question is:
Are you choosing the right heroes?
Your future depends on this one decision!
Your Attitude Can Change Your Destiny
Let me explain this with a short story:
There was a character named Ali Raza (let’s call him Ali). He was from England, and his family was highly dysfunctional.
His father was an alcoholic, constantly fighting with his wife, and their home was full of negativity.
Ali had three brothers, and all of them observed their father’s behavior — drinking, abusing, and fighting.
Two Different Attitudes in the Same Situation
The attitude of the Three Brothers:
They thought: “Our father is like this. We are poor. What can we even change?”
They copied their father, indulging in alcohol, addiction, and wasting time.
Their mindset was: “We will see what happens tomorrow. Who cares?”
The attitude of Ali:
He thought: “Yes, my father is an alcoholic. Yes, our situation is bad. But where is it written that I cannot change my story?”
Instead of accepting fate, Ali chose to break the cycle.
He read books, learned from great leaders, and programmed his mind for success.
Years later, Ali became one of the greatest writers of his time and completely transformed his family’s future.
Same father, same house, but four children took two completely different paths.
Three brothers remained stuck in the same miserable life, while one changed his destiny.
Lesson for You:
Your genes don’t decide your future.
Your surroundings don’t decide your success.
YOU must question, upgrade, and find solutions.
If you look up to the right people, if you keep your head high and dream big, then nothing can stop you!

Next, I’ll share the 3 top qualities you need to succeed! Stay tuned!
The First is Deadly with your attitude is such an attitude
Your attitude is your greatest weapon — one that no one in the world can resist. Whether today or tomorrow, you will move ahead. That’s a fact. Because success doesn’t come to those who just wish for it — it comes to those who act.
The first step? Be a giver.
I remember a conversation with my close one who was about to launch their services. During our consultation call, they asked me,
“If we give away so much for free, why would clients do business with us when they’ve already received everything?”
But that’s not how the world works. There is no shortage of top-class content, no shortage of great work, and no shortage of exceptional products or services. The difference lies in how much value we provide before expecting anything in return.
We don’t operate from a place of lack — we operate from abundance.
If you sit quietly and reflect, you’ll realize how limited we have been conditioned to think:
- Will I ever get married?
- I need a beautiful husband/wife.
- I must graduate from a top-class college.
- I should own a luxury car.
Me, me, me… It’s all about me.
But what if you shift your energy from taking to giving?
Just sit and imagine for a moment. Do you think your success only benefits you?
Let’s say you build a thriving business. Your income grows to 1 lakh per month.
Do you think that money stays with just you? No.
You provide salaries to employees.
- You support your family.
- Your status in society improves.
- You contribute through taxes, helping your country.
- Many families depend on you.
Now, imagine your income grows from 15 lakh to 1 crore per month. Do you realize the impact?
Most people are stuck in shallow thinking — they only focus on filling their bank accounts as quickly as possible, forgetting the bigger picture.
Instead, be a giver.
Be like a river — overflowing with abundance. Keep flowing.
It took me time to understand this truth. But one thing is certain:
The more you give to this world — whether it’s knowledge, support, guidance, or opportunities — the more you receive in return.
Money is just one part of it. You can always donate or help others financially. But beyond that, you can contribute in many ways — helping your clients, supporting your family, improving your neighborhood, or simply making someone’s life better.
Just do it. That’s where real success begins.
The second one is the Powerful Self-Image
Let me ask you something — answer honestly.
Close your eyes for 10 seconds and describe yourself in five words.
Take a moment. Think deeply.
What comes to mind? Maybe… Lazy? Doubtful? Overthinker?
If that’s the case, it means your self-image isn’t strong enough. And trust me, this is crucial — because if your mind doesn’t hold a powerful image of who you are, achieving your goals will always feel like an uphill battle.
For example, every single day, I remind myself. I work 12–15 hours effortlessly.
- I stay active and take care of my health.
- I eat nutritious and balanced meals.
- I have a strong and focused mindset.
- My journey is inspiring and empowering.
In every aspect of my life, I see myself as the best.
Now, if I define myself in five words, I’d say:
- Cool — I can handle any challenge.
- Focused — I can do deep work for long hours.
- Confident — I trust my abilities.
- Passionate — I put my heart into my work.
- Hungry for success — I want to build real wealth, the right way.
Think about this — if these five words constantly repeat in my mind, what do you think my actions will look like?
- If I believe in deep work, I will sit and focus for hours — and enjoy it.
- If I believe in resilience, I won’t break under pressure.
- If I believe in confidence, I will act boldly in every situation.
These thoughts shape our internal dialogue — the way we talk to ourselves. And eventually, this inner belief reflects in our reality.
Let’s take an example.
Imagine I want to lose weight and reach 40 kg. Instead of comparing myself to others — “She’s already so slim” or “She looks better than me” — I stay focused on my journey.
I tell myself:
“40 kg is my goal, and I will achieve it healthily. I just need to stay consistent with my diet and exercise.”
This clarity helps me make better choices. I know exactly what to eat, how to train, and how to stay disciplined.
This is the power of self-image.
If you truly want to change your attitude, confidence, and success, you must develop a powerful self-image.
And here’s the truth: Self-image isn’t built by empty words.
You can’t just say, “I am the best! I am the best! I am the best!” and expect results.
It doesn’t work that way. You need proof.
For example:
If you say, “I can focus for two hours straight,” then actually do it.
If you say, “I am disciplined,” then show it in your routine.
When you keep proving yourself right, your brain starts believing you.
When your brain trusts your words, your self-respect grows.
And when your self-respect grows, your quality of work skyrockets.
It’s simple.
The only way to build a powerful self-image is through action.
Not by talking, but by doing.
Not by saying, but by proving.
Want to build emotional resilience? Stop talking about it — put yourself in difficult situations and learn how to handle them.
Want to be a giver? Don’t just say it — genuinely help someone and see how it transforms your mindset.
Your self-image defines your attitude.
Your attitude defines your success.
Your attitude defines your personality.
Change your self-image, and you’ll change your life.
The third one is to develop a deep perspective for other people
We all know this. I don’t know why we deny things, but deep down, we all know —
That we are human. And we want a lot of money, power, fame, and authority.
Success and respect — who will give it to us?
People will give it to us, not animals. So, you will also have to change your attitude towards people. I see a lot of people behaving strangely in front of others or saying that the world is like this, everyone is the same.
For example, in Lahore, many people say that people in Lahore are not good — they use a lot of bad language, things go up and down a lot.
But my point of view on this is slightly different because I believe it depends on how you perceive people.
I believe that people come in a great variety. Just like food tastes — if someone gives me only sweet food all day, I’ll get fed up with sweetness. If I eat only spicy food all day, I’ll get fed up with spiciness. I need variety — sometimes sour, sometimes spicy, sometimes sweet, sometimes salty.
Only then is life enjoyable.
Similarly, people — some have a high ego, some behave very gently, some are very sweet, some are power-hungry, and some are workaholics.
And this is why the world keeps running. So don’t get angry immediately.
For example, if you are a hard worker and the other person is not a workaholic, don’t immediately start yelling that this person doesn’t work like me, so I won’t keep them with me.
Try to understand — maybe they are emotionally calm while you are emotionally aggressive.
Your energies might match, and together, you could build a great company.
Think about it — we are all different, and that is our power.
Understand this and appreciate it. A mediocre mindset won’t understand this. They will think that if I am good, everyone should be good. If I am bad, everyone should be bad.
No — the world runs on balance. Every kind of person is needed. So, if you understand each of these things and are ready to execute them, your attitude won’t remain the same.
Because remember, circumstances will remain the same. Some see life as meaningless, while others fill it with meaning, love, tension, power, and money.
Endless — it’s all about how we see the world through our lens of attitude.
